  Highly dishonest and disappointing. We arrived on Friday, May 8th, with a prepaid reservation for two rooms for two nights. The front desk agent informed us that payment had only been validated for one room (a technical glitch is, of course, possible). However, he offered us absolutely no assistance, refusing to call the travel agency's hotline to find a solution. We ended up paying for the second room again. On the morning of Sunday, May 10th—at check-out—the front desk agent categorically refused to provide us with a receipt for said payment, behaving in a manner that was both aggressive and exasperated. It was a gangster-like practice, devoid of any empathy.

  Our hotel was close to the interstate on the east side of town it was a very safe location. Our room was clean, andwith all the amenities you would need. Restrooms are a big deal and that's what made this room outstanding. Big with plenty of privacy. The breakfast room had Everything you'd want for breakfast with a young lady named Brittany taking care of all your needs. When we are in Holbrook again we will Definitely stay here. Banks Best Westerns for giving us an Excellent night rest!🤗🙏🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

  Stayed at Best Western Arizonian Inn and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and organized. Breakfast was a nice bonus with good variety to start the day. Overall, a reliable and pleasant stay—I would definitely come back!

  Excellent hotel for service, cleanliness and location. No train noise! Rooms were the cleanest I have seen. Breakfast was great to get your day going with eggs, potatoes and sausage, as well as a selection of breads, bagels and pancakes. Juices, coffee and a few cold cereal selections. Staff are super friendly and helpful! I will definitely make this hotel my choice when I am in Holbrook!

  One of the best stays I’ve had! The hotel was absolutely wonderful. clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff truly made the experience even better, especially the front desk lady, Zee. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist made a big difference in my stay. I really appreciated the excellent service and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Looking forward to coming back again!
