Upon check-in, I noticed that it was very clean and it smelled clean. The staff was friendly. They do have the Bell desk carts if you have a lot of luggage that you need to haul to your room. If you did pay for the breakfast, make sure that the front desk is aware of that and they check it because it doesn’t automatically just come up saying that you’ve paid for it so they have to look at it. Walking into the hotel room it smells very clean. We did have the one bedroom suite so it does have a nice little kitchen area with the kitchen sink. The refrigerator does freeze stuff so be aware of that. Working microwave that’s a little small but it’s enough to warm up leftovers. The king bed is comfortable. A TV in each room, which is nice size or nice and big. The pullout couch bed is not comfortable at all. Sitting on the couch it is a little uncomfortable because it’s a little firm. The bed itself the thickness. It should be comfortable. But you can actually feel every spring even the metal bars. So it is not comfortable to sleep on. I even tried using the couch cushions to give me more cushions and it did not work. The pool is too warm for the summer months in the desert. It is not refreshing at all. It is on the small side, but they also have a hot tub best obviously during the winter months. It is also located on the side by the expressway so it is also some what noisy. They do have a convenience store as well just in case you forgot something or need some snacks. At night you can hear everything outside. And in the summer months, it gets hot in the bedrooms. Best to bring a fan of your can. Check out was simple and easy, the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. Not out rid stay here again in the summer, and I would have to make sure to have an extra bed if I do come back.
