  I had a very weird experience here. I would not recommend women to stay at this hotel. I checked in at my check in time signed my paperwork and got my keys for a 3 day 2 night stay. Room was clean and up to standards. On Saturday morning I woke up to maintenance knocking on my door stating someone called about my room. Which i did not; I let the maintenance man know no one from this room called. He was insisted that we had called for my room number and said we were having a shower head issue. I let him know that it was not us. I got ready and left for the day. Came back in the evening on Saturday and my room keys were not working. had to go to the front desk and they got me new ones... Come Sunday morning at 7 am.. We heard someone trying to open the door; thankfully i use all the locks. he kept trying the key i assume and then there was a knock.. It was the same maintenance guy again.. I said can i help you he said it is maintenance and he needed the shower head that was in my room. He said that the front desk let him know that i had checked out. I said i am here till 11 that is check out time right he said yes. He then asked me to open the door to talk (which i thought was really weird..) I opened the door but kept the chain lock on.. he apologized and said he asked if I had the handicap shower head and i said idk he proceed to ask questions about the shower head. I let him know ill be out asap and he can look.. He then went to the front office and the lady at the front desk asked my name and i told her and i let her know i checked in on Friday and had the room till Sunday.. She said that they are showing me as a no show.. I told her that her information as inaccurate and to double check. When i went to check out they still said that they had me marked as a no show. I would not recommend staying here if you are traveling with women

  Normally I would have given 3 stars,which is standard for the price and amenities included which is pretty bare but manageable but when we checked in they gave us a room incorrectly that had all kinds of clothing,make up bags and other items in it which only had the bed made. Literally tried to contact the from desk but it was unattended,and had to call multiple time before getting ahold of someone over the phone to address the issue,eventually they moved us the room next door. They didn't have enough towels and on one of the tables in the room,I had to wipe down because it had some sort of liquid from what looked like what the used to clean the tables. Also the restroom floor looked like it could have been cleaned a bit better as well.

  Breakfast is good. Nobody was in the front desk to help us check in and waited for more than 20 minutes for somebody to show up. We requested for the 1st floor because we have trouble walking and he gave us all the way at the end of the hallway.

  The worst Best Western I've ever experienced. The hallways are dark and dingy and I saw an exposed wire near a door. The door to my room was sticky and hard to open, my non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the AC was the loudest I've ever heard in a hotel room. I know Best Western can be better than this, but I will likely never stay with the chain again.
