  I’ve had such a positive experience staying at Hotel Serene, and I especially want to recognize Martha at the front desk. She has been absolutely amazing! She is warm, kind, welcoming, patient, helpful, and professional. She always takes the time to listen and help, and she genuinely makes you feel cared about and welcome. Her compassion and positive attitude truly stand out, and Hotel Serene is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. Izamar at the front desk has also been wonderful. She is kind, compassionate, patient, and welcoming, and I really appreciate the way she has treated our family. As a mom with children, including a child with special needs, I really appreciate how the staff handles concerns. They communicate respectfully and let you know what needs to be addressed so that everyone can continue to have a peaceful and comfortable stay. Ab, the General Manager, has been very kind, understanding, helpful, and professional. If an issue comes up, he communicates respectfully and gives us the opportunity to address it rather than simply making us feel unwelcome. That understanding means a lot to me as a parent. Heather from housekeeping has also been very kind and friendly, and we appreciate her. Overall, I’m very grateful for the kindness, patience, and professionalism we’ve experienced at Hotel Serene. Thank you especially to Martha, Izamar, for helping make our stay comfortable and positive. ❤️

  My family and I have stayed here many times. It seems to have gotten better each time. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean. No musty smells like most smaller places. The beds are so comfortable! I like that I can park close to my room. It’s in a great location close to the freeway and walking distance to many restaurants and places to shop. I always recommend this place to family and friends when they’re in the area.

  Wish it had an option for 10stars! I did not want to leave! Nice and cozy under the blankets With the temperature really cold! Staff were super friendly and walked by the manager going to my room and super nice guy and professional!
