  Staybridge is a beautiful hotel! The rooms are modern but still very comfortable and welcoming. The location is perfect for vacationing and the breakfast was the best I have had in any hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful. Our family vacation has been perfect! Staybridge Hotel was a huge part that. Thank you!

  The room smelled of mildew, the floor in the kitchen crunched under our feet due to obvious water damage, and I had to fix the closet door.

  I recently booked a two night staycation for my mother and stepfather after the death of my brother as the first time away during his 17 month battle with cancer. Upon arrival at the hotel the room was filthy and covered in crunchy dust and crumbs on the floor and counter, a closet door was broken, and the room smelt horrible. Nothing was done when this was brought to managements attention upon check in. Upon checkout, I was charged an additional $300 (while also losing the $50 incidental) for a “smoking fee” which we never agreed to, and my parents do not smoke. My mother is asthmatic and is incapable of smoking. They claim they have proof of “ashes” found in the room that they have photos for, yet have not shared those with me and they cannot distinguish ashes from crumbs. They admitted on a recorded phone call that technically the last people in the room were their cleaning team, and they have no video or photo evidence of my asthmatic mother smoking in the room. Jessica and Martina were of no help and unprofessional. They could not keep it straight if the ashes were in a cup, on a plate, or in the trash, and they were contradictory in their statements about who were the last ones in the room and what proof they supposedly did or did not have. I will be filing a complaint with both the BBB and the Attorney General as they will not cancel these charges so I must escalate this. I will also be contacting the corporate office.

  Stay here for the 4 of July weekend we came from Texas and had a very nice time with family they have great breakfast and rooms are clean very family friendly

  The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The room is clean and spacious. This breakfast was timely and well done. The reason that the rating is not reflective of the sevice or room is because no sleep was to be had because of the rude guests in the room above. The people were stomping around from 10 pm to 5 am. In addition, there was arguing, whimpering, and things or people falling hard or being thrown around in that room. Had to call for security check because we couldn't be sure there wasn't domestic violence going on. The one improvement would be to have more soundproofing because then when you have really disruptive guests, they won't disturb the other guests.
