I arrived at 10 am and was way ahead of schedule, I was allowed to check in early because I have their rewards. Waiting to check in at 4pm would have been awful considering how exhausted I was from the 20+ hour drive there. The room was spotless and the TV was much better than the old school looking tvs in other hotels. They had breakfast in the morning but I got on the road instead of having any. I was told about the breakfast by the desk staff, I was also told there would be steak available for breakfast.

I booked my room several weeks in advanced, and specified on my reservation that I had pets. We arrived late in the afternoon, around 8:30pm. I went to check in, and was told they couldn't accommodate us because they didn't have any pet rooms available. So we had to make a last minute reservation for another hotel on the other side of town. We were planning to stay here for a week for our PCS until our house was ready, but I guess that's not happening now. I do want to point out that Carl, the gentleman working the counter was very friendly and apologetic, and I understand he was just following his guidelines, but it doesn't change the fact that we had to make a last minute change after driving all day and expecting to have a place to sleep.

Rodriguez helped with my bag everyone was friendly and nice. However the first floor smells terrible and awful everyday. Idk if it’s the eggs and burnts coffee. It smells very nauseating and lingers to the elevator too. As soon as you walk in till you leave 1st floor. Other than that, I liked the rooms and full size fridge, AC was good.

5/5 stay. I lost AC around 8 p.m., and when I let the front desk know the following morning, they took care of it immediately. By the time I got back from my course that day, my AC had been completely replaced, my room had been cleaned, and it was cold as ice. I really appreciate the maintenance man, Ivan, coming through for me and getting everything taken care of so quickly. The housekeeping staff was also fantastic throughout my stay. My room was always clean, all the trash was taken out, and they consistently left the room better than they found it. I’m very grateful for all of them. Great customer service all around and an overall great stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We reserved a pet-friendly room months in advance while PCSing, only to find out the hotel had double-booked it. My spouse arrived after traveling halfway around the world, exhausted and jet-lagged. The hotel confirmed his reservation, then immediately told him they didn't actually have a room available. The friend who picked him up and drove him to base was understandably upset and asked the manager what they suggested he do. The manager offered no meaningful solution while my spouse quietly searched for another local hotel on his own. What makes this even more frustrating is that this directly contradicts IHG's own Guaranteed Room policy, which states that if a reservation cannot be honored, they will provide transportation to a comparable hotel and cover the first night's stay (subject to the policy's terms). None of that was offered. Instead, the manager actually said, "We won't charge you a cancellation fee," as though not charging us for a room they couldn't provide was some kind of favor. I wouldn't risk booking a stay here if you need to rely on your reservation. Double-booking is bad enough, but failing to follow corporate policy or make any effort to correct the situation is unacceptable. Guests shouldn't have to educate hotel management on their own company's policies. I'm incredibly thankful this happened to only one exhausted traveler and not our entire family, including kids and pets, after two days of travel. That would have been an absolute nightmare. Edit to add - the pet booking was scheduled over the phone which is the only reason it was booked over the phone in the first place. The email states pet agreement must be signed upon arrival. So once again - no pet rooms were available even though it was booked over the phone with the requirement of the room being “pet friendly”.
