- JMJ MAug 25, 20264.0All the stars for service alone. Petra is the best, absolutely wonderful host. Jen was super sweet and very caring in her work. Maintenance was super timely. The rooms were okay. Worst “hotel” best army lodging. Apart from things that can’t be easily fixed (bugs, leaks, mystery stains, smells) really good experience for the service alone. People and processes really made this place so much more than just a building.

The issue I have is with the washers and dryers why is there inly one half working one on the 3rd floor that leaves your clothes to soaked to dry. Go to floor 1 or 2 and there’s usually 1 washer that everyone hot seats so its nearly impossible to get it without camping the spot. this has left my clothes smelling musty and gross leading me to wash everything over fix that and it be 5 stars. I understand that this hotel is older but its still no excuse to not have operational washers and dryers on each floor.
