  When I walked into my room and saw complimentary ear plugs on the night stand, that should have been my first warning. This hotel sits practically on the interstate and the road noise is ROARING all night. It doesn't have to be this way, but it's clear that the windows are as old as the hotel is (about 35 years) and have either never been replaced, or were replaced with cheap single pane windows. This simply can't be an option for as much road noise as there is. Positives of this hotel is it really is cheap. There are tons of hotel options and I saw dynamic pricing get this hotel down to about $60 per night (not what I paid, but it got there). The rooms were clean, but I pretty much didn't sleep at all. So choose your pick on whether or not no sleep for a cheap price is worth it. For me, I would have booked elsewhere. Breakfast is not included in the rate, but is offered for a fee in the lobby.

  My girlfriend and I were shocked that this place was so cheap on our 1 night stay in flagstaff. To start, Doug at the counter was very friendly, helpful, and polite. The entire building had upscale vibes and was incredibly modern. Our room was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the furniture was fancy and modern. Absolutely insane hotel for the price. The only bad thing we encountered was that there was a group that checked in that evening was were obviously smoking weed in their room, which stunk up the entire 2nd floor. But the smell was gone by morning.

  I was cautious about this hotel given the low price (<$100), but it was terrific. I stayed for three nights while exploring the Flagstaff area. There is a Starbucks and a grocery store across the street, and there are many budget-to-moderate restaurants in the area. The hotel is a little off the beaten path (not close to downtown), but Flagstaff is pretty compact and I could drive anywhere in ten minutes or so. The bed was extra comfortable, and the hotel was quiet enough (sometimes budget prices bring loud guests). I would definitely stay here again.

  Great staff and very nice rooms. The rates are very affordable as well. The girl at the front desk was wonderful but honestly they all were great!

  One of the best IHG locations I ever stayed at. After a long day travel from. LA, the room and beds were amazing. The hotel was very relaxing, and the had a bar on site! If you get a chance, stop in, and check out for your self, you wont be disappointed
