  I book hotels through the IHG app a LOT. Never double booked a room till this one. Not a big deal just seemed strange. Also, one thing they don't tell you about is the$10 parking fee. Even if you have a motorcycle and don't use a parking spot. Not super thrilled about this. Not the $10 but the not telling me.

  My wife and I have stayed several times in Flagstaff. This particular hotel was a pleasant surprise to both of us. The hotel design and decor was very modern, to include the room accessories. Check-in was easy and the attendant was very respectfully. The walls were not too thin and the beds, very comfortable. This was a very nice stay and will consider this place again on our next trip.

  Clean room. No pool or gym. Great towels! It's like IHG bought a "super 8" and fixed it up. You can walk to a sizzler, olive garden, red lobster, and a couple other places, easily. Not the best side of town, but it's Flagstaff, so that's still not bad. Solid buy for the price

  Admittedly, outside of checking reviews, I didn't look too closely before booking my quick overnight stay at Voco for work. What an absolutely pleasant surprise! Clean room, friendly staff, and just a really cool vibe that I loved! Wyn and McKenzie made the overall experience even more welcoming, which was so appreciated after a long week on the road. The happy hour at the lobby bar, both drink and food, was the cherry on top! This will definitely be my go to stay for future trips.

  I recently stayed at the voco Flagstaff and had multiple concerns during my stay. After checking in, I noticed a $10 charge on my card. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told it was for parking. There were no visible signs on the property indicating a parking fee, and I was not informed of this charge during check-in. When I questioned it, the front desk attendant refused to reverse the charge and was unable to find where it was disclosed online herself. That lack of transparency and accountability was frustrating. I ultimately had to contact corporate at IHG Hotels & Resorts, who provided 5,000 points and said the matter would be passed along. Only after that did the hotel manager contact me and reverse the fee—which I appreciate—but it should not have required escalation to that level. Later that evening, after returning to my room, I walked into the bathroom and found it had clearly not been properly cleaned. There were fingernail or toenail clippings scattered around, along with small black curly hairs in the shower. This was extremely off-putting and unacceptable. It was late, and I chose not to change rooms, so I ended up disinfecting and cleaning the bathroom myself. Between the lack of fee transparency and the condition of the room, this experience fell well below expectations. These are basic standards—clear communication and cleanliness—that should not be missed.
