  A great hotel. Fantastic service. Great location with local amenities too. The room was super comfortable, clean, neat and tidy. A great size and good value for money. I’d highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here and took a few trips to south rim. It’s not too far from the hotel or from South rim, so a perfect location. Lots of local restaurants nearby too. Thank you for our stay. 💫

  Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing, primarily because of the cleanliness of the room. When I pulled back the covers, I found numerous short black hairs throughout the bed and on the sheets and the sheets looked dirty. It was immediately apparent that the bedding had not been properly changed or inspected before I checked in. Finding someone else’s hair in a hotel bed is extremely unsettling and not something I would expect from a hotel. What made the situation even more disappointing was how management handled my concern. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, they did not seem particularly concerned. Instead, I was told that “they only had one room left.” That response came across as though the lack of another room was somehow my problem, rather than the hotel’s responsibility to provide a clean and properly prepared room. The lack of concern from management made the experience even worse. I would think twice before staying here again.

  We had a fantastic stay at the Aiden by Best Western in Flagstaff. Visiting on a Saturday, the hotel had a wonderfully lively and vibrant atmosphere, but it didn't disrupt our rest in the slightest. The room was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring we had a brilliant night's sleep despite the weekend energy. It is a superb choice that perfectly balances a fun environment with the quiet, cosy comfort needed to recharge. Highly recommended!

  The room was fine. There were never any employees at the check-in desk besides when we checked in and out. No complimentary breakfast. In fact, no breakfast at all! No liquid eggs, no bagels, no waffles, no nothing! They did have pre-wrapped cinnamon rolls past their expiration date for $5 a piece, but it’s not even edible at that point. I’ve been to a lot of hotels and no breakfast is definitely a first. They do have a counter with a guy making lattes, but it’s just him working with customers one at a time, not efficient. They could really use more staffing and complimentary breakfast for how much these rooms cost per night!

  We had an amazing stay at Aiden. It was my birthday and have nothing but kind words to say about the staff, ambience, and accommodations. I would highly reccomend!!
