First of all, I want to give Ms. Carlelisha a huge shoutout for her outstanding customer service. When I arrived, I had been placed on the second floor and had a lot of items to carry to my room. Without any hesitation or hassle, she was able to relocate me to a room on the ground floor, and I’m incredibly grateful for her help.
After a long day of work and driving, arriving around 9:00 p.m., all I wanted to do was get settled and go to sleep. Ms. Carlelisha greeted me with a smile and such a cheerful attitude that she completely changed the experience for the better. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive energy made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Based on her service alone, I would gladly give 10 stars.
Unfortunately, the room itself was a very different story. I started preparing a bath and walked away while the tub was filling, only to come back to orange-brown water. It was honestly disgusting. I let the water run for several minutes, hoping it would clear up, but it never did. On top of that, the water never got truly hot ; it was barely lukewarm. The bathtub also appeared to have been repainted, and the finish looked rough and poorly done.
As a result, I had to wait until the next morning to shower, but even then, the water was still not warm or hot. Overall, the room felt old, outdated, and worn down.
No TV, no elevator, no freezer in the room refrigerator, poor presentation. The power was out before we arrived; shouldn't they have refunded us? Not allowing me to use the bathroom, or directing me to the restaurant bathroom, after hours across the reservation, was beyond the pale because of my stomach issues. No dietary adjustments on the restaurant menu, so had to get TV dinner at grocery store and microwave it. Icemaker out of order. I expect some kind of refund from management. Wish I'd booked at the Hilton.
Everything about this place is in need of an upgrade. Coffee is in the office with no lids provided. Careful. Antique and dorm-like furniture. Staff didn't seem welcoming and she didn't even smile. Fridge didn't work. TV might as well be the size of your cell phone. They call it a hotel, it is a motel that was well below standards. I'll try another place before I come back. ~$143.00 in my opinion is high. Very uncomfortable.

They are a bit cheaper than those closer to the Parks. Yet the drive is about an hour more. The rooms are clean and in better shape than most of the other motels in the area.
Was passing thru pretty late at night (10:30/11 pm) and needed a hotel. Not a whole lot to choose from in the area so I was okay with it being a little pricey. Upon check-in, I'm not sure the front desk gal smiled even once.... Not super friendly, but maybe it was a rough night for her. No problem. Got to the room. Super clean. Awesome shower. Slept well on pretty comfy beds. My issue lies with at about 6 am, I realized how thin the walls really were when I could hear everyone else, next door and below me, getting around and talking. Opening and shutting doors. Every time someone walked by the room, I could feel and hear it. By 7:30 or 8 am...housekeeping is starting to clean vacant rooms....and I can hear them. EVERYTHING. From vacuuming to laughing and talking about needing more toilet bowl cleaner. Just because YOU'RE awake, doesn't mean EVERYONE is. We had had a late night and long day of driving the day before and just wanted to sleep in and get some extra rest. Needless to say, I was awake at 6:30 when everyone else was....and not by choice. When I went to go check out, a different front desk gal didnt even acknowledge me when I walked into the lobby. I walked up to the front counter expected to be greeted. I had to initiate the conversation after a few seconds because she didnt even look at me. It's almost like I wasn't there.... not impressed. Wouldn't recommend. Drive somewhere else and get better service and sleep for a cheaper rate!
