  I have never left a negative review on anything, but this experience deserves to be documented. I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel and even more disappointed with how management and corporate have handled the situation afterward. During my stay, the toilet in our room overflowed with urine and feces, flooding the bathroom area. This created a serious sanitation and health concern for me and my children. We were unable to properly use the restroom facilities in our room, and instead of receiving immediate assistance and professionalism, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from the front desk employee. When I called the front desk for help, I was told they would “try to find a plunger,” but that I would need to come get it and unclog the toilet myself. As a paying guest, I should never be expected to handle a sanitation issue involving human waste on my own as I am not a plumber. To make matters worse, I later woke up to find a plunger left outside my hotel room door. When I requested help and asked about being moved to another room, I was told there was essentially nothing that could be done because the employee “could not leave the front desk.” The interaction became so uncomfortable and unprofessional that I genuinely felt uneasy for the safety of myself and my children afterward. I ended up placing a chair and bags in front of the door that night because I no longer felt secure. At checkout, I spoke with the Assistant General Manager, Mr. Samuel RJ Waites, who was apologetic and acknowledged the seriousness of the incident. However, despite being told the General Manager would contact me and despite promises from corporate regarding follow-up and compensation, I have received no meaningful resolution, no accountability, and no communication from management. This was not simply an inconvenience. This involved human waste in a guest room, loss of basic sanitary services, unprofessional treatment, and a situation that left a guest feeling unsafe. The lack of follow-through afterward has made the experience even worse. I would strongly encourage the hotel and corporate office to reevaluate how situations involving sanitation, guest safety, and customer service are handled in the future.

  Had a fantastic experience at the Staybridge Suites Chandler. Luz was a true ray of sunshine and her support with our classroom setup and cleanliness made everything seamless. Big shoutout to Samuel as well for being consistently attentive and ensuring our rental experience was top notch. Highly recommend!

  Best experience I’ve had at a hotel. The management and front desk associates were kind and helped with anything I needed. My room got cleaned and fresh towels every single day without me asking. The Social events were so awesome, great opportunity to meet others. Free laundry, great breakfast! In a good area, lots of food and shops near by. Coming here would be the best choice you make on your trip to Phoenix!
