- YYYeseniaOct 5, 20261.0The outside of the hotel is BEAUTIFUL. It looks very upscale, very nice. BUT...Well.... first we we're sent to room 228. When we walked in there it smelled like dogs and cats peed and lived there. The room smelled soooo HORRIBLE and then the TV didn't work. I called the front desk. Then they put us at room 236. The door was hard to open, it kept getting stuck when you put the key in, the room smelled nice and the TV worked. However, the sink was plugged, the water never drained, there was a HUGE patch on the ceiling on top of the shower, and there was NO COLD WATER ONLY HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER. I BURNED my body. The shampoo had conditioner, the conditioner had conditioner and the body shower gel had body shower, but when you pressed the pump, you would get squirted in your face and they were not securely placed. Everything was falling apart. There were no charging ports like at other hotels. I cannot believe Holiday Inn has gone down sooo much. I'm an IGH Rewards member and I had NEVER had such a bad experience at one of your hotels!!! Then... The next day when we went to go check out, I asked for a manager and they said they had no manager at this time!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!
- ADAshley DelgadoSep 8, 20261.0Good luck getting ahold of anyone. Tried from multiple different numbers and was told they couldn’t “hear me,” but when I asked to speak to a manager after being hung up on 3x, I was placed on hold, except I could tell the person placed the phone down because I could still hear breathing and then hung up on again. Definitely would not recommend to a friend. The Hilton Garden Inn is pretty nice, stay here instead.
