  Rooms were nice, breakfast was expensive for the quality. It was under construction but the price did not reflect the inconvenience. If we needed any extras (towels, pillow, etc.) we had to go get them from thy front desk as they claimed to be too busy to bring them. Housekeeping never cleaned our room.

  I stayed at Holiday Inn Phoenix - Chandler by IHG and had a great overall experience. The value for the price was solid and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby dining and main roads, which made getting around simple. Staff were friendly and check in was smooth. Overall, it was a dependable stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced hotel in the area.

  We just stayed at this hotel and it should not be allowed to host guest while under construction. Fine powdered construction material is floating everywhere. The construction area in the lobby is not cleaned up so the powder is floating right next to the breakfast area and into the rooms. Who knows what your breathing in. I was sneezing throughout the night from the fine dust.

  Went for an event last weekend - I thought I was at a 5 star resort! The food was incredible and the displays were so nice you almost didn’t want to eat anything! The ball room was stunning it has a beautiful patio that overlooks the pool and golf course with the most incredible sunset.

  Booked this hotel out of convenience to our visiting locations. Big mistake. They seem to be in the midst of renovation with trash and dust from sheetrock work throughout most hallways. Ours hallway and room entrance on 4th floor in particular was a mess throughout our 4-night stay. I took pictures and sent to the Corporate contact center only to get "canned" messages to make you feel like they really care. We also had to place luggage in front of the dresser drawers to keep them from sliding open...trip hazard in middle of night trying to avoid obstacles. Better take your Pliers to the room so you can tighten the shower/tub faucet, otherwise spend the night listening to drip, drip, drip.........! Pay extra for parking which is ridiculous. Don't count on the bar for an in-hotel drink because lights are out. And by all means, make sure you have your breakfast ticket. But having mentioned breakfast, I will say this was the best part of thehotel experience. The lady overseeing the breakfast room was extremely kind, the entire breakfast setup was excellent. The breakfast offerings were complete, cooked to perfection, with good variety. That lady and the breakfast room is the only highlight of our stay at this hotel. Too many better choices for hotels in this vicinity. Avoid this one!
