  4:35am traveling via car across 3 states with my paralyzed parent after having to lay a loved one to rest, we stopped for gas/potty break at Loves, however the excessive number of truckers was too daunting to attempt the restroom break. We had stayed at BW in another state and hoped BW Chandler would accommodate our situation and allow us access to their handicap restroom at 4:35am. The male lobby attendant turned us away saying the lobby was closed and there was nothing he could do to help us, he directed us to Loves where we had just come from. My parent was clearly disabled in a power chair and I had explained the unsettling concern at Loves but he dismissed us, said we weren't guests there, he couldn't do anything and we had to leave the lobby. Didn't stay at this location, won't be staying at another BW ever again after the experience in Chandler combined with the treatment we received at BW in TX. Zero consideration for patrons with disabilities, zero humanity, policies AND employees need to be reevaluated because PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES ARE STILL PEOPLE. DO BETTER.

  I was not pleased with my bill. I’m a best western rewards member and they charged me an extra incidental fee of 50 which they said I would get back but never did. Tried asking them to put incidental fees on my credit card but they said it had to be on one card 😡

  The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. We stayed two previous nights at a different hotel and these beds were fir for a king in comparison. The blankets were nice and did not slide off weirdly. Breakfast was alright, like hotel breakfast. But over all would stay here again.

  Rooms are fine, about what you'd expect from BW. But service SUCKS. I forgot a couple of articles of clothing so I called the next day. Initially the service was fine - they found my stuff and directed me to ileftmystuff.com to claim it and have it shipped to me. This is where it went sideways. I went through the flow and paid the EXTORTIONIST $34.50 fee, and then ----- nothing. Crickets. Absolute silence, as if Casper had taken over the conversation. Long story short, it took two phone calls, an email to the General Manager, AND a support ticket with ileftmystuff before my package FINALLY got into the USPS system, DESPITE the Front Desk's claims that "the General Manager will personally drop your package off at the Post Office". Still anyone's guess as to whether I actually receive my package, but that's USPS's problem, not Best Western's or ileftmystuff's. Stay here if you dare, but DON'T FORGET ANYTHING WHEN YOU CHECK OUT!

  First time here for a few days stay & I would NEVER come back. The staff do not have any manners. The bedroom pillows are not a standard size but small maybe 4'x4' squares. The TV does not have wifi so you can't use Netflix or other apps on it. There is no setting to add your hotspot either. My room had a missing lightbulb for the nightstand, the upstairs neighbor was non stop constantly loud, I texted the hotel number and got ignored, told to go to the front desk by either a real person or automated system. Texted a different day for 2 towels and extra blanket was told I'd get them, never did. The bathroom towels are not a good quality, they do not have a shampoo, conditioner or soap dispenser, they give a very super mini size bottle for this. No hand bar soap was given either. The breakfast is not great, no butter or knifes. I had a waffle and couldnt cut it or put butter on it, another lady was unhappy she couldn't butter her toast and asked a staff if they had any, she was told no. I stayed in a 2bedroom and I do admire the large kitchen and large walk in closet although the room has carpet that does no smell well. The location of the hotel is right by the freeway and difficult to get to the other side of the road to enter to. If you dont pay close attention to where it is either you could miss it. Wish I had better things to say. This was my first time at this hotel, I usually stay at the Hamptons which I love and have no complaints with but they were fully booked. I travel for work and this was not the place to be.
