  Pretty standard hotel experience. Rooms were clean, service was good, breakfast was hot and had variety. Breakfast items were kept at proper temperature (either refrigerated or in warmers), and frequently monitored. The coffee machine wasn’t too bad, although a little bitter. Didn’t use the pool or fitness center, but both looked clean from passing. Bathrooms and rooms both were in good shape, no spots or stains or weird smells. Walls were a little thin so we could hear people talking very faintly, but it didn’t cause a problem for sleeping.

  I had a question about my reservation and spoke to Brent. He listened and let me know he would check into it and call me back. Within 5 minutes he called back and had my question answered. He was very polite and provided excellent customer service!

  I stayed here 2 yrs ago. I am in the same room. Kool. Nice facility. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Texas Roadhouse right out front.

  I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Casa Grande Inn & Suites and will absolutely be returning. We stayed four nights / five days. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. We were greeted right away at check-in, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Every interaction throughout our stay was staff consistently acknowledging guests with a friendly “good morning” or “good evening” and always asked if there was anything we needed. We stayed in the family suite (two queen beds and one king bed), and it was perfect. The layout was spacious, well designed, and spotless. It made our stay feel comfortable and relaxed, especially with three people sharing the space. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a great bonus. There were plenty of options including eggs, potatoes, breakfast meats (which changed daily), bagels, muffins, oatmeal, juices, coffee (regular and decaf), and tea. Everything was fresh and well-stocked. Oh and a Waffle Maker plus a bunch of toppings you could end. The pool area was another highlight, it was beautiful, very clean, and it was not crowded at all, which made it easy to relax and enjoy. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I travel to Arizona occasionally to visit a friend, and this will definitely be my go-to place to stay from now on. Highly recommend!

  For a best Western hotel the rooms were as expected. Tina was great at breakfast and even made our group breakfast burritos. Brent at the desk in the evening was very friendly. Rooms on the south side can get loud on Saturday mornings with the farmers market going on in the parking lot next door.
