  Great hotel love coming here Great people Nick is awesome always greats us with great enthusiasm. Marcy is also great very enthusiastic great people here definitely coming back

  I checked in on 4/24/26 and checked out the next day put down 100 dls for incidentalas after 4 days i called to see what was going on with it so now its 5/1/26 and still nothing in my bank usualy when you start a refund it hits my bank as soon as it gets done but i believe they just want to keep my money if you relly need it that bad maby its time ti start giving better customer service and not just tell your customers things over the phone i am in texas so its not like i can just drive there to demand what is mine in person

  Be careful at checkout even if a rate says “fully refundable,” the cancellation deadline can vary depending on the rate you select. I selected a room and, during checkout on hotels direct site, was prompted to become a member for a discounted rate. I chose that option, and both rates appeared refundable, but the difference in cancellation deadlines was not clearly highlighted. I canceled 4 days before a Friday–Saturday stay and spoke with the manager, who declined to refund beyond one night despite several days notice. Given the advance notice and demand for those dates, I was disappointed there wasn’t more flexibility. Not a great experience. The property’s response implied this was resolved, but there was no resolution for me. I also reached out by email. As of today, the hotel is showing no availability for the weekend I canceled, and the remaining charge was not refunded. I canceled with enough time for the room to be rebooked, but no flexibility was offered.

  I went here to sell some coins when the American pickers ( or whoever they were) came to town last week. The hotel itself appeared to be clean and the people working there seemed nice.

  My first time staying with my husband and children and the location was perfect. Only five minutes from a family wedding venue. Customer service was great. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was okay. Hope they add more variety to the breakfast menu. My children loved the indoor kid pool and regular pool.
