  Thanks for the great service and making sure your favorite biker ladies were good before we headed back on the road. Ron and Courey were great! Only lost a star for not having an actual employee on site at night, but Ron said he was just a phone call away.

  Loved my stay. Will definitely stay there next time I am in the area. From the moment I checked in, (Leandra) the receptionist was very welcoming and professional. They even had my name on their board. I thought that was such a cute gesture. Thanks y’all.

  Rooms are bare minimum, but the beds are comfortable. Sadly there is NO coffee maker in the room though and the 24 hour coffee maker is atrocious. I love strong coffee but that stuff was semi-solidified. 8 creams in a cup and barely changed the color. No staff on site after 10pm either so not sure what that does for security but we didn't have any issues. They don't even have enough staff for housekeeping every day! I will say the older lady who works the desk is super sweet.

  Rooms were a bit small, but I had no real problems, being on upper floor and room wa quiet. Will get the larger King bed room next time. Service was good. Front desk very polite and helpful Location was a bit wanting, due to undersized small parking lot. Really, only the location makes me wonder what BW was planning, since the building could have been much bigger to accomodate many more guests. Not a reflection on staff, rooms or location, rather BW not seeing growth potential and located next to a major gas station, potential customer flow.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Bellemont Shadow Mountain and would gladly stay here again. From the moment we arrived, the woman working at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and accommodated our needs. Because we were traveling with a service dog, she placed us in a room at the end of the hallway near an exit door, which made outdoor access quick and convenient. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep after a long day of travel. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. The eggs and sausage were perfectly cooked, the muffins were moist and delicious, and the standout feature was the fresh yogurt machine with real cranberries available as a topping. It was a refreshing and unique touch that we haven’t seen at many hotels. We also appreciated that coffee and tea were available 24/7, and the juice machine was another nice amenity. Although we didn’t need to use it, the hotel also offers a self-service check-in kiosk where a live person can assist guests with tasks such as check-in or replacing room keys during overnight hours (10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.), which is a great feature for late arrivals. Overall, this hotel provided excellent service, clean accommodations, a comfortable stay, and one of the better complimentary breakfasts we’ve experienced. Highly recommended!
