  On May 7 2026 my friend and I stayed at this hotel. I found evidence of bugs in 3 rooms. I immediately reported these findings to the desk clerk, Jennifer, who inspected the rooms and confirmed my observations. She moved me to 2 other rooms. Here is what I sent in an email to Corporate Care: First Room (Second Floor): Three dead bed bugs on the mattress pad. - Second Room (Second Floor): A significant amount of insect exuviae (shed skins) and grainy debris. - Third Room (#114): A live insect identified via Google Lens as a carpet beetle.I have also taken picture of bug in the third room. I requested a full refund in my Case to Corporate Care. Request was denied by general manager. Comments from general manager were untrue and hinted that I was making up situation. I paid over $200 for a horrible bug and extremely stressful experience. Run from this place.

  A kiosk to talk to. No real person. I was able to book a king size room online and arrived and they didnt have a king room available because they werent clean. Then I said thats fine i can be in a queen no big deal but can I be on the first floor and the man on the screen said yes but the tv was inoperable. It wasnt just the tv, it was some of the lights as well. Didnt offer to discount me or anything. I was extremely fatigued from driving and needed in a room to sit down and relax til the next morning and other customers were waiting as well that I just took the room. Room was clean.

  I really enjoyed my stay, the bed was so comfy and the room was cozy, I stayed in 117. The virtual check in was quick and easy. The morning staff made scrambled eggs and sausage and I heard them greet each and every person, very pleasant. The location is close to Bearzona which is a great place to visit while in the area. I definitely recommend and will definitely stay again,

  Had to be checked through a Kiosk. No desk clerk, or any kind of employee on site. Room had a made bed, but no clean towels. Folded towels in the window by the bed were wet. Dirty towels in the shower and bathroom floor. Trash left on TV stand. Breakfast was very budget friendly and thin on options. I am not one to complain, but this was my worst experience with BW to date.
