- RCRichard ClarkJul 2, 20265.0This is a brand new hotel, rooms are still very clean and tidy, the front desk gets you each day you leave and return. This is the first time I've experienced the duel branded hotel, the Avid side is for the overnighters and the Candlewood side is for extended stay. It's a very neat concept. The breakfast is buffet style and the little market they have al has a pretty good variety, nice gym, pool is indoor/outdoor and they have laundry facilities. Very nice hotel.

- DLDenise LunnJun 24, 20261.0Our stay there was nothing short of crazy. First off, there was trash overflowing everywhere. For a new hotel, there was trash coming out of every receptacle - in the front of the hotel and in the hallways. I never saw it cleaned up during our stay. Around 10:30 pm on the evening of our stay, as we were sleeping someone tried to enter our room with a key card. Apparently the front desk re-rented our room to other guests. We had a dog who chased them out of the room which was awful! They were scared too death. The front desk called up later that night and offered points for the 'inconvenience.' Then around 1am we were woken up by a loud party outside on the front sidewalk of the hotel. After an hour my husband got dressed and went down to complain to the front desk clerk, only to find it was the front desk clerk who was having the party outside on the front patio. He had friends out there and they were sitting out there drinking and smoking and being loud. That lasted until past 3 am. Worst experience ever.
