  I booked a room through IHG app. I have been using IHG Hotels and programs since 2007. Due to a conflict of schedule, I had to cancel the reservation on IHG app. Being a traveling business person, this happens occasionally. I canceled this reservation at 8:42 am the day of my stay. Unfortunately, I was charged by this Holiday Inn. This has never happened in the many years of being and IHG member. I contacted their office and was referred to IHG, after this location denied my request. IHG rep stated that they would request this refund, but would be determined by local management. Connor Milligan, the Front Desk Manager refused to refund the $195 charge to my credit card. It’s my opinion that this is a very short sited response. I gave plenty of notice early that morning. They would have had no problem booking that room and I’m sure they did. In his effort to gain a few dollars and refuse my refund, he’s earned my first ever negative review about and Holiday Inn or any IHG location. Good long term business decisions is something Connor will learn after more short sited mistakes. His choice today was not a smart one.

  I was here on business. The room was huge and clean at check in. Everyone was very nice. I am rating it as a 4 star for a couple of reasons. First, on my first and second day there the cable was out and I was not informed when I came in from work. I had to call front desk to be told why it was not working. That being said it was due to an issue they could not control! Second, I was there for 5 days and 4 nights and not once was my room cleaned during my stay. I would have at least liked to have had a housekeeper at minimum come in and refill coffee station in my room and changed the trash, by the time I checked out it was overflowing. Other than those things it was a very clean, nice, inviting hotel! I would recommend staying here, but make sure to ask them to clean the room at least once during your stay if you are staying longer than a night or two.

  My review is not in any way fake. My aunt and uncle have stayed here multiple times, and was concerned of the bites on them. They were saying that the room was not properly cleaned, and it had an awful smell. And yes, I did work here for 3 days! They trained me for 1 day and expect me to know exactly what I’m doing. I don’t know about other people, but I don’t think anybody can know what they’re doing within a day of training. I am not upset at all that they fired me, I could care a less, I have a much better job now anyways. I was told I would receive my paycheck on June 8th, as that day came along, I did not receive it. I called and asked when I could pick it up and they told me it was being sent through mail!? I asked why they send it through mail and the lady (I believe her name was Angela or something like that) said “Are you gonna listen to me or keep running your mouth?” In my opinion, that is no way to talk to anybody especially over the phone. Long story short, I will be going to the police if I have not received my paycheck within a week.

  Clean beds, great service, clean towels, hot breakfast at 6am. Very friendly staff. The only complaint was the under sized faucet in the bathroom sink. But great nights sleep too
