Welcome to the Holiday Inn Texarkana Arkansas Convention Center, located just feet from the Holiday Springs Waterpark. We are conveniently located off I 30 at Exit 1, between North State Line Avenue and Jefferson Avenue. Our hotel is attached to the Arkansas Convention Center, with over 25,000 sq. ft. of event space.

- JPJohn P.1 day ago5.0Stayed here for the Texarkana Airshow. One of the best Holiday Inn properties I have stayed in. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast is well above average for a Holiday Inn. The staff at the restaurant, Lynda and Jolie were super. No drama, no problems, a great 3 day stay.

- NENoah EashJun 21, 20262.0It seemed like before my stay someone tried to break as much as possible without causing noticable damage. There were many strange factors about my room: firstly, the door was difficult to open upon arrival. Swiping the card would turn the light green and the door wouldn't open. The front desk seemed very familiar with the situation and told me to wait a few seconds before opening the door after scanning the card. This worked. Some issues happen with a building as it gets older. There were still numerous issues. The insides of the USB ports on the lamp were ripped out. The shelves under the TV were broken. The sprinkler on the ceiling wasn't flush with the ceiling but looked like it had been pulled down. The drain stopper in the sink was missing the top. On top of all of this, the towel rack was in the shower? Had nobody thought about why putting the towels in the shower is a silly idea? Other than the dysfunctional furniture, the rest of the room seemed to be alright. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Many of the rooms are just in the need of a maintenance crew to go through and fix the furniture or replace what cannot be fixed. The front desk staff were kind and the building was in a safe area.

The food was excellent and the service from Lynda was incredible she was very welcoming and helpful getting me set up with our 14-month old. Holiday Inn is lucky to have a great staff member like her to make peoples stay more enjoyable!

The building does not appear to be structurally sound between the rolling floors and soft spots in the hallways. Room was less than clean. Way too expensive to end up looking like a motel 6. Will not ever use them for my travels again and will think twice before staying at any Holiday Inn. Oh and the USB plugs on the lamps were gutted and inoperable.
