  The rooms are so clean,convenient and smells good,ooh before I forget the breakfast there is one of its kind I have ever had,can't lie that breakfast is excellently good as a frequent traveerl believe me if I say is good then is good.services is on point,will definitely recommend.

  Just stay somewhere else. When I book a Holiday Inn Express room there is a certain level of expectation. This hotel should not be associated with the IHG brand. Musty smell, rock hard bed, no water pressure, sketchy elevator, standard definition on 98% of TV channels & terrible breakfast.

  My husband and I are IHG club members and stay at Holiday Inn Expresses all the time. This one was a little rough. The staff we encountered, Cheyenne & Susan, we're great, and the gentleman working the desk the next morning was very polite and professional as well. Staff gets 5 stars. The issues we encountered were with the hotel itself. Our first room was musty and damp. I called down to the front desk and asked if they had another room, and they moved us to an upgraded room, gave us some extra points, and gave us a discount on our nights stay. The new room was better, but was still somewhat musty and damp, but it was way better than the first room. I had read a review about them remodeling? Maybe we were just in an older section? The carpets still need replaced in the breakfast area and the hallway on the 3rd floor at least. Breakfast was a little stale and cold sadly. Susan was great, very polite and attentive. I think maybe because the utensils were keeping the trays open some, the food got cold. It didn't seem like there were a ton of people there, so maybe make less more often? I'm guessing it was stale because they didn't have to make more yet. We ate around 7:30am, and breakfast started at 6am. If we had told them the breakfast was cold and stale, they probably would have made fresh. Location wise, they're right off the interstate, but it was quiet. They did have a sign about locking your car and not being responsible for lost items. That's somewhat common, but did make us a little nervous when pulling in. We didn't see any shady characters lingering around though. Overall, it seems like they're trying, but maybe there's a bigger issue? Possibly management is new and trying to save something that the previous team didn't care about? They have "Leave us a review" and "We want a perfect 10" everywhere. It's in the lobby, the rooms, and we were reminded again at breakfast to leave a review. I truely do think they'll do anything they can in that moment to make it better. When we were checking out, the guest in front of us was also getting refunded for something, so there are definitely issues, but I think they're trying. I'd be interested to see how they're truely doing in a few months.

  This is the place to stay. Guest service rep, Cheyenne, was friendly, gracious, and kind. Thats just what you need after a longs day travel. The breakfast staff made sure everything was fully stocked. I love the great atmosphere and facilities.
