  Roooms .... Spotless Pool ... relaxing and clean!! Gym ... Great except the weight machine down Waterpark nearby, many amenities, service exceptional!!

  Becareful Coming In The Drive Its Not Laid Out Very Well and If Not Careful You'll Wind Up at The Convention Center.

  I travel for work with a toddler. I spent more on my room thinking I’d get a good quality stay. Roaches are non negotiable. If there was not any I would give 5 stars.

  Will never stay here again. Long story short, we were supposed to stay Fri - Sun. The room "appeared" to be nice. It was big and roomy. Bed was very UNcomfortable. We woke up saturday morning to roaches! We counted 9 of different sizes in different places. There was a baby bottle found behind our bed as well as fungus growing on the carpet around that area. I went through Booking.com to get the room so I filed the complaint through them as instructed by the desk clerk. Booking has not been able to get a response from the property. "I" have reached out and can't get a manager to return my call. I requested a full refund, but would've been happy with just one night since we were checked out by 930am on Saturday and already at another hotel. I guess these guys just dont have time for "quality control." It has been 5 days since we left and they have had PLENTY of time to get back to me if they cared! They don't. So I am laying it ALL out there! The one photo of the roach below was after I smacked it with a shoe and it flew from one wall to the next! We left it to see if the cleaning crew would even see it! Our room number was 318. The Holiday Inn Convention Center right next door was AMAZING!

  We spent one night at the Best Western Plus in Texarkana. I chose this hotel because the Hampton Inn in Hope Arkansas was sold out, most likely because of The Watermelon Festival, which we attended. The rooms were clean but the mattress on the bed wasn't comfortable at all. It felt like it needed to be replaced. The pillows on the bed were also uncomfortable. They were small in size. As soon as we got in the room a man knocked on the door needing to change the cable box on the TV. This wasn't a big issue but I think it would be better to do this when the rooms are empty. Or, when they are being cleaned. When we returned to our room from the festival we tried to watch TV but I couldn't turn up the volume using the remote and there wasn't a way to turn the volume up from the TV. I called the front desk to inform them. I went to the desk to get another remote but it didn't work either. Also, the next day I went down for extra towels but instead of the clerk giving me the towels she said she would have housekeeping bring them up. Thirty minutes later I had to go back down to the desk to get the towels because no one showed up. It had been years since I've stayed at a Best Western hotel. A lot has changed. I will not stay at Best Western anymore.
