They were ready to help me no matter the hour of the day or night! Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

We had been hotel hopping for two weeks while securing long-term housing. Because we were traveling with two cats, we called each place we stayed multiple times to confirm their pet policies before booking. We were told by two Holiday Inn employees that there was a pet fee and that cats were allowed. However, upon arriving at the hotel we had reserved, the desk clerk turned us away because of our animals. She also refused to contact management to try to resolve the issue. We ended up reserving a room at the Hampton across the street, where we stayed for a week without any issues. The staff at the Hampton were wonderful and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. I cannot comment on the room quality, but based on communication and service alone, I would not recommend this location.
