  We stayed there two times once on the way down and back. The first time we had a nice room with separate sleeping room so my son reserved it for our trip back. When we arrived on our way home they supposedly reserved the wrong room and the one we wanted was taken. The one we got was differently inferior to the one we had reserved. It was smaller with the sleeping arrangement all in one room.

  I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Searcy a couple of times in the past and have always had good experiences, which made this visit especially disappointing. When I mentioned that our room felt damp and was going to request a room change, I was told it was a hotel-wide moisture issue. Some rooms have dehumidifiers, but one wasn’t available because our room was considered one of the “better” rooms. Unfortunately, the moisture was severe. The towels, sheets, and even the pillowcases felt damp the entire time we were there. After our second night, both of us started experiencing allergy symptoms that we believe were related to the conditions in the room. It became uncomfortable enough that we decided to check out a day early and book another hotel. I’ve enjoyed staying here in the past, so I hope management addresses this moisture problem. The staff was courteous, but the hotel’s humidity issue needs to be resolved before I would consider staying here again.

  This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were very clean. We had a living room and bedroom. The room was quiet had comfortable beds and pillows firm and soft. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great lots of options.

  I would like to recommend this establishment if you are staying in the sesrcy area. Lindsay the manager went above and beyond I dropped my cellphone through the door in the elevator. She was extremely helpful she contacted a company to retrieve it the next day wonderful service and assistance.
