  I came in to the hotel at 12:20 packed with suitcases and they fell accidentally near the elevator then the guy at the front desk came to me and in a rude and arrogant way to tell me, “stop messing around and being loud there is a room right next to you”, a repeated amount of times while I was trying to respond and tell him it fell by accident. Then he left without even helping and didn’t even greet anyone in the many people that were checking in in front of me. Don’t recommend if coming with family, rude and helpless staff make the mood turn cold.

  Breakfast could be a little bit more variety but the luggage transport carts were nice, the bathroom was really nice and big, clean beds and linens, ability to do laundry on site was a plus. So the breakfast did not matter with all the other bonuses.

  I been here back to back like a drake song Since I been here all employees have been good, but to put emphasis on this one certain employee ( Nikeisha b.) she have been wonderful and spot on with every question I had and every request, she helped me with my door issues and been a great help she deserve a raise

  Was profiled by the staff immediately upon arriving and denied access to the lobby bathroom because they didn't believe we were paying customers despite being a gold member and already checked in to the reservation. I had brought a strawberry shortcake (takes HOURS to make) for plans the next day. The fridge in the room was not plugged in and takes 48-72 hrs to cool, so by the next day the cake and all of the other food we brought had to be thrown out and my girlfriend's birthday was ruined. I contacted the front desk, but unsurprisingly the same man who had decided we didn't belong there was unresponsive. The room smelled funky and was rusted and stained everywhere you looked. I drove over 12 hrs because this was my girlfriend's childhood dream birthday weekend, but this Staybridge Suites was an embarrassment and has persuaded me to never step foot in Little Rock again. Kind of what I expected from Arkansas, but never what I would have expected from IHG.

  I had a great stay at this hotel. The check-in process was easy and smooth. The night front desk employee was very friendly and helpful even the girl in the morning she was very smiling and polite . The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!” Thank you so much!!
