  Very convenient for where I was going to classes. Good price, friendly staff, clean rooms. I'll definitely use the place again.

  it was clean and nice. the one in Harrison is nicer than this one. I like the walk in showers and this one doesn't have them.

  This was a very nice stay. Saw some complaints about no coffee in the room. You do have a choice on that. I prefer the fresh ground by the cup machine in the lobby. Breakfast was good a large selection of items. Room cleaned daily. It was a great stay.

  I am a Hilton loyalist and this was my first and last time staying at a Holiday Inn. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I want this review to be seen and not removed — but make no mistake, this experience deserved no stars. On 5/12/26 I was placed in Room 112 on the first floor, directly next to the public restroom. All night and into the next morning I dealt with constant loud banging from the bathroom door, heavy stomping from above, and people dropping things — I did not sleep at all. I went to the front desk and asked to be moved to a higher floor and even offered to pay extra out of pocket. My request was denied. I was handed an apology and a few reward points — as if that makes up for a sleepless night when I suffer from chronic migraines. At checkout I tried to be reasonable and only asked for a 50% refund. The front desk staff showed zero concern. After that I contacted corporate, was given a claim number, and was told the hotel would contact me. They never did. Every time I called asking for the manager I was told they were unavailable — every single time — with no callback ever offered. The employees were rude and unhelpful throughout this entire process.This hotel failed to deliver basic accommodations and basic human decency from staff. I was left with no choice but to send a formal written demand letter to both IHG Corporate and the hotel manager directly. Even after that I still got the runaround.They did not respond to my demand letter. It was only because my bank stepped in and refunded me that this was resolved at all. Had my bank not refunded me after the demand letter went unanswered, I was fully prepared to take this to small claims court under breach of contract and negligent infliction of emotional distress. Do yourself a favor and book a Hilton. If anything goes wrong here, do not expect this hotel or its staff to take any accountability whatsoever.
