  Was in Little Rock this past weekend had to find a safe clean room my son is in UAMS due to a terrible situation, however I would like to shout out to Mrs. Monica for being so sweet and courteous of my situation had a king suite on 5th floor for me at a great rate I couldn't be more satisfied with her service she deserves a million stars...From Mrs. Lambert.

  First time staying here, I usually stay on the other side of the highway. This location was okay… the room was super humid, so much so that the sheets felt wet. Kind of gross after a long car ride. There was a floor fan going in the hallway so maybe something happened. Would I stay here again, no.

  I'm completely disappointed with the stay. I saw the reviews and booked. We should have stayed somewhere else. Rooms were halfed cleaned. The dirty bedsheets from the guests before us laid in the hall all weekend. And there's stains on the walls and floors everywhere. The staff we did speak with was okay but no one really seemed to care much. There is totally a parking fee, but get here early bc they will oversell it and you'll still have to park on the street/pay for different parking. If you get a chance to park in the parking you paid for, half is covered in broken glass and there is a big sign saying they aren't responsible for accidents or break ins, so that's reassuring. Breakfast didn't open until 45 minutes AFTER it was supposed too so hope you aren't in a hurry to get on the road. Couldn't have coffee bc the creamer was out and no one would put more out, it was the same with anything cold or fresh. Once it was gone, you were out of luck. My kids lasted 5 minutes in the pool bc the water felt gross and smelled. If you're looking for a place to stay, stay somewhere else.

  Katie welcomed me, Axel helped me determine my jog route, and then Rachel helped me back into my room when I lost my key on the jog. Breakfast was great, too. And that’s saying something cuz I’m a vegetarian. Will def be back.

  Terrible experience, awful customer service, and unprofessional owners. The room was originally booked on a third-party site due to pricing. When we arrived, they requested a card to secure the incidental fee at check-in. At check-out, the hotel closed the bill with the card used for the incidentals, so we were double charged once by this hotel and once by the third party. When trying to talk to the managers we were hung up on numerous times, so my husband went up there. The owner’s wife was the Manager. She was very rude, and disrespectful. They are refusing to refund one of the charges. They are refusing to provide us with an invoice for charges so we can file for a refund with the third party. They have made a scene in the lobby of the hotel by yelling and screaming that my husband is stupid and does not understand. Oh, we understand, you are crooks. We should have read the reviews earlier... Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. We are reaching out to corporate; these people are nuts.
