Check in went good then everything went down hill. The gentleman at check was great and very helpful. Then we went to dinner and came back and realized there was no bedding for couch bed. Went down stairs and was given a single flat sheet and a ripped comforter. Next morning we went to breakfast and the lady kept yelling and getting onto grown adults as they were getting their food. Back upstairs and tried to use the sink in the bedroom and water and black stuff went all over the floor from the pipes under neath. I called the front desk and they told me to go get my kids and keep them in the room but they had been in my room with me the whole time. They still hadn't sent anyone to deal with the sink for 45 minutes before we just packed and left due to the smell. Will not be back. This is the worst holiday inn we have ever been to and we travel year round. Only reason we chose this one was because of an early morning flight that my husband had to take.

This is by FAR the worst kept IGH Express we have EVER stayed at. I rarely leave reviews, but do when things are really well, or in this case REALLY bad.
Let's start with the pool:
Hazards: My daughter stabbed her foot with a screw from the construction stuff around the pool no one bothered to sweep -- Just close the damn pool!!
Room:
It smells, no towels, and the water sprays outside the shower area more than inside.
Service:
Front desk guy on the damn cell phone (not work related) 24/7, we asked him 2 or 3 things (involving towels, an extra key card, something else maybe), and he hardly looked or acknowledged us bc of his call, unprofessional and rude.
The breakfast was trash even though the lady helping us WAS AMAZING, she made us laugh, apologized for others not fixing her stuff (needed to serve things), etc.
DO BETTER, if I have the time I will contact IGH HQ.

Worst hotel stay ever. We originally booked a room at a confirmed rate, but the hotel canceled our reservation and told us we had to rebook at a much higher price. After reluctantly rebooking, we checked into the room and were so disappointed with the condition that we decided to leave within 5 minutes.
When we requested a refund, the hotel refused, despite us leaving almost immediately. The entire experience felt unfair, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating. Poor customer service from start to finish. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The entire property was a complete mess, poorly maintained, and far below the standards anyone would expect. Cleanliness, service, and overall guest experience were extremely disappointing.
What made the stay even worse was the manager’s attitude. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, they were rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in resolving issues. Customer service was practically nonexistent.
I genuinely cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. If this property is part of the IHG brand, it reflects very poorly on the entire chain. Immediate action is needed to address the management and overall condition of this hotel. Travelers should strongly consider staying elsewhere.

My 16 year old daughter left her car at the hotel for two weeks and got a ride by shuttle to the airport. Today when we all tried calling the hotel number for her to be picked up and brought to the hotel less than a mile away, the number was no longer in service. We tried from more than one phone and phone carrier. I called the Holiday Inn 800 number and could only get a robot. I told them it was an emergency and they could not help me. I called another Holiday Inn in the area and they said they think it closed permanently. I called the Wyndham next door and they said it is still open. We called an Uber for her and I hope her car is still there. Not happy with how this all went.
