Front desk staff were very friendly and are doing the best they can. The building itself is really showing a lack of upkeep and repair. In my room: only 1 electrical outlet worked out of 6, there was no shower curtain, only trash can was a tiny one in the bathroom, the toilet didn't flush when I arrived.

Front desk staff was not accommodating at all. I had to call Ihg customer service to add a name to reservation- they approved (as they always do as I book travel all over the USA for my staff) from desk said they have their own policy that trumps the corporate policy. So I am supposed to pay for the night that I can’t check into. Ihg customer service is great waiving the fee since they experienced the crazy as well. But I have to wait for points to return and drive to another hotel. Just ridiculous. We always choose this hotel on our route and never had an issue before but we will not choose this one again as they need a new front desk crew or better policies? If Ihg adds a name to the reservation that should be ok to accept.

I had a horrible experience with IHG when this charged me $150 for a legitimate complaint I filed with pictures for proof. The $150 was charged 2 weeks after I checked out of the hotel, this was mid March. I fought this charge from the beginning, on July, 22 IHG finally agreed to refund my money back to my card. I gave it over 2 weeks and I called them back, their response was the refund was rejected. I said that was a lie, now they say it has been too long to apply the refund. They said they would give me 5,000 points for my trouble, I told them that was a slap in the face for a Diamond Elite or anyone as far as that goes. You take $150 from my company and offer me 5,000 points, not even enough for a one night stay at their crapiest hotel, keep your points and mail out our company a check. They said they could not do that. Lesson learned on my end, find a better hotel chain and avoid IHG at all cost. I stay in hotels about 275 nights a year, your loss of a loyal customer. I will be checking out of my current hotel in the morning and switching over to Marriott Bonvoy for all future stays. Your customer service sucks!!! This property owner is a thief, stay away and IHG is a joke!!!

Great price for the night. Bed was nice. Shower curtain was one of those curved ones that was only up with 1 screw on each side so the curtain wouldn't stay open. Water went everywhere, there curtain was all bunched up in the tub and I another fell from it slipping under my foot! The temperature in the room was awful at first, very hot. We put is a low as it would go to get the room to even start cooling down. Then it was never controllable! Coming in the door and inside the door was a bunch of sticky stuff everywhere when for tracked in. There was a sign just laying on the floor. My son's room was worse than ours and had to go get a fan in the middle of the night to help his family sleep. The pool was messed up too! These were suppose to be their premium rooms too. .I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Location was very close to the airport.

While I wasn't going to write a review, I think it's best that everybody looking into booking this hotel, especially through a third party site should know that this is not the hotel to do that with.
I booked and paid for my stay at this hotel through a third party site and when I went to check in, they had me pay the $50 fee for incidentals and after they had my card information saved in their system, they proceed to tell me that they constantly have problems with third party booking sites not paying them the full amount for the room and that they don't pay them the tax. Mind you, the tax amount that they were referring to was less than $5. I had no problem with paying that amount, but considering I have already paid through this third party site, I have already completed my part of this transaction and have already paid.
The front desk clerk, while friendly and trying to work with the owner of the property, essentially told me that I had to call the third party booking site and tell them that they had to issue a certain amount, the amount for the room plus tax or I would have to pay the hotel personally for the room fee in order to be checked in. The reservation through the third party site was non refundable, in which I told the front desk clerk that, which she relayed to the owner, who didn't much care that it wasn't refundable and only cared that he got his less than $5 in tax, which again, I offered to pay.
At this point, another customer that was waiting to check in asked if they could pay the taxes. She said no and that the owner wouldn't allow that and that I again, would have to call the third party booking site and demand them to issue them a certain amount for the room.
I ended up leaving after demanding that my $50 fee be refunded and had to find another hotel to stay at that would happily accept a booking through a third party site. I later checked my account and they charged the amount of the hotel room to my card as well, despite me not giving them permission to do so, plus the $50 incidentals fee.
If you need a good hotel to stay at before your flight, I highly recommend staying at one of the others ones near the airport and stay as far away from this one as you possibly can.
