- CCCristina Abanto Cruz4 days ago3.0I did like our room set up and everything. It was a one bedroom suite but the downside was our dishwasher leaks. So out of the blue our floor gets wet. Why can't fix this issue? So, afar from that we can't wash our dishes. There's dishwashing liquid but no sponge. But then if we run the dishwasher again our floor will be all wet again. Our bedroom was really hot. The AC in the leaving room is cold but the exhaust blowing air to our room from the living room is not enough to cold our bedroom. So we end up leaving the door open just so we can get cold air from the living area. But again, we still enjoy staying. Just need some maintenance in the room. Fix whats broken and put another AC unit in the bedroom so its not very cold in the living area and very hot in the bedroom. Not sure if i will book again with this hotel but again i like how the bedroom layout. Just need some good maintenance.

- MDMarcela DiazSep 10, 20265.0Props to the ladies working the 9:45am shift because they went ABOVE AND BEYOND helping me handle 5 pets and even find my cat who snuck behind their rocking chair. We always stay at this hotel chain because they always welcome our zoo of 3 dogs and 2 cats - and what a beautiful thing to encounter women like these two on the front desk! Rooms clean as always, the most divine pillows, and the shower? Gosh, bliss!
