- JSJoseph Sopala3 days ago1.0The hotel is ok but its warn out and looks like it was painted over one too many times. You can only cover up defects so many times. The room was smelly and dusty. The staff was great and go out of your way to help and the breakfast was good too but this place is very sad and needs a serious overhaul and I’m sure everyone who works there would agree.

We communicated any issues and they were solved quickly! My crews will be staying here anytime we're in little rock! Thank you to all of the staff!

My biggest complaint is that my room was on the corner right by the highway and I am a light sleeper so all the traffic noise constantly going made it difficult to get a good night's rest. Other than that the rooms were clean and everything else was mostly quiet. The hotel seemed decently safe for the area. About the only other issue I had is that the bathtub faucet dripped constantly and there was no drain plug.

We were at her hotel for an unfortunate event, not only did she make us feel welcome and comfortable, the rooms were clean and neat! Ericka came to us and made me cry her condolences were so sincere and heartfelt!! She made our stay feel like home! She understands the need for a kind and loving person to be ready to just say that it’s okay!! Thank you Ericka and staff for your kindness!
