  There is activity in the parking lot late at night. Got people sitting in cars not sure what that was all about. Only reason I was outside outback is cuz I smoke cigarettes. They do allow pets reasonable price for pet deposit. I'm a long-haul trucker my truck broke down here in Little Rock Arkansas. Company paid for the room. They have Wi-Fi free and they have Amazon TV with commercials which is okay. I got the third floor me and my dog. They have free breakfast in the morning which is awesome!!! Other than that it's a really great hotel seriously. I would recommend any long-haul trucker coming to stay for a couple of nights or even a week.

  Great location, Erica the manager was amazing. Took care of us and all guest. Running the place like a boss. Great location, clean, and comfy.

  Bathroom was small, and dingy. Found a lovely 2inch cockroach in our room in the morning. Felt so gross, checked our things for bugs and immediately left.

  Staid here a few times before and have never had a problem but this time there where fleas in the room i staid in. I let the person know but all i got was an ok, i left at 2 am cuz i was itchy and couldn’t sleep due to getting attacked by the fleas the entire time, and no i didnt make assumptions i did see the fleas and im also allergic to them so i had to get me some medicine before i left to my house 14 hours away its been a few days and im still itchy. Im so disappointed, also the sheets where dirty when i got there and had to ask for them to get changed cuz there where crumbs or something on it

  I booked this hotel through Priceline, and due to a glitch, the reservation was made for the wrong date. I noticed the mistake immediately and called the hotel within five minutes of making the reservation. Instead of helping resolve an obvious error, the staff refused to change the date or cancel the reservation so I could rebook for the correct night. The general manager, Erica, was especially rude and completely unwilling to help. There was no attempt to offer a solution or show any understanding, despite how quickly I contacted them after booking. After another phone call she stated that she was property manager, and she did have a general manager, but refused to give a name, or contact information. She stated that helping us with the situation would be taken out of her paycheck. As a result, I'm left with a reservation two months from now that I can't use and no place to stay tonight. Customer service like this is incredibly disappointing. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds is what matters. Unfortunately, this hotel chose policies over basic customer service, and I would not recommend staying here.
