  Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. Receptionist Fary was professional, friendly, and always ready to help. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and hospitality. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and quality experience around Little Rock Arkansas.

  Don’t get assigned Room 123 unless you want to hear the elevator ping, back entryway doors slam open and shut, and people constantly talk through your thin walls. Checked in at 11:30PM local time trying to get a solid 8 hours of sleep before continuing my trip back home to central Texas, and the front desk woman had to have deliberately known to have assigned us the worst possible room imaginable in the entire building. It is literally impossible to fall asleep in this room unless you’re deaf, but even then, you could still feel the vibrations of the elevators and entryway doors open and close. To make matters worse, my dog kept low growling whenever she heard the noise every 5 minutes of constant movement and chatter right outside our door. Again, room 123 is less than 8 feet away directly in front of the main elevators of the building. In fairness, the gentleman at the front desk who picked up my call apologized and reassigned us to the second floor as far as possible from the elevators. But man… I’m irked we were even assigned to Room 123 in the first place. 2 or 2.5 stars out of 5. Stars taken off for the quality of that room, initial service and lack of warning at all for what we’re getting into.

  We loved our stay here! Erica, the property manager, was great! Excellent customer service and offered great places to explore nearby. The breakfast was on par too! Exactly what we were hoping for

  This hotel was a bit of a struggle for me. Originally I booked online through Best Western website when I was on my way to the location. When I arrived at 8PM ish they said my reservation hadn't come through yet and it could be up to an hour before I could check in. Frustrating but okay. The room how to clogged drain, baseboard siding coming off near the front door, trash in the bathroom trash already when I checked in. Additionally there was a couple spots of mildew in the bathroom, no bathroom fan, missing parts on exterior doors, just basically kinda run down. The pool was closed and covered with moss and dirty water collecting on top of it. The entire facility was pretty dirty, the floors you were so dirty that your shoes stuck to them, the elevators were pretty dirty. Breakfast hot, staff friendly for the most part except for the check in snafu.
