  Major improvements! The hotel looks and smells new. During my three night stay, management and staff were very friendly and of course the breakfast is a nice little bonus.

  My mother in law and I stayed here for a night just the other day, and the hotel manager was nothing but awesome, kind, informative, and very helpful. He made sure we got the room we needed, was very professional, and explained everything well enough we understood him. My mother in law just raves bout how sweet he is. The hotel happened to be in a great spot as well, close to the mall, and close to St Vincent Infirmary. Our room was great. Clean, smelled clean, and was very nice. We didn't try the breakfast, but if you're in construction and have an early day, this is the place to go. He gets breakfast out early for those guys and doesn't mind the extra work it entails. We are very thankful for the hotel and to the staff. If I go back to little Rock, I'll definitely stay here again.

  Friendly staff and the location is great. Our room was nice. When you turn on the air conditioner there was a weird order and shower had standing water. Other than that I was clean. The hot tub was a bonus.

  Good room, close to everything and felt safe there. Breakfast as okay but there were many options. Bed was comfortable but pillows were tiny.

  Our stay was july 30th to Aug. 2nd durning the motorcycle event, our room was clean, smelled good, tub was clean the toilet, I always look thoroughly 😆 my nightstands were clean, I couldn't find a complaint clean linen, breakfast area was clean and the food fresh, and refilled promptly the servers were nice, the property manager was on the premises I loved that, he was friendly and helpful, he helped me solve a booking issue, we road to arkansas on our motorcycle it was raining the young lady at the front desk, let us know we were surrounded by 4 restaurants in walking distance 😀 my stay was enjoyable, the indoor pool was clean and relaxing no complaints I was hesitant to stay at another best western the one in Oklahoma City by the airport was horrible, we stayed in May 2026, the worst, But I would recommend Best Western 8 Shackelford hotel.in Arkansas great job!
