  Our stay was july 30th to Aug. 2nd durning the motorcycle event, our room was clean, smelled good, tub was clean the toilet, I always look thoroughly 😆 my nightstands were clean, I couldn't find a complaint clean linen, breakfast area was clean and the food fresh, and refilled promptly the servers were nice, the property manager was on the premises I loved that, he was friendly and helpful, he helped me solve a booking issue, we road to arkansas on our motorcycle it was raining the young lady at the front desk, let us know we were surrounded by 4 restaurants in walking distance 😀 my stay was enjoyable, the indoor pool was clean and relaxing no complaints I was hesitant to stay at another best western the one in Oklahoma City by the airport was horrible, we stayed in May 2026, the worst, But I would recommend Best Western 8 Shackelford hotel.in Arkansas great job!

  I had an awesome stay!!!! Breakfast was good. The shower and shampoo and conditioner is amazing.

  friendly lovely people. always helpful. they let us hang out in the breakfast area to talk and play some games. We will be coming back.

  This hotel was okay for a quick overnight stop on a roadtrip. It looked a little bit nicer online than it did in person, some minor things were that the hotel smelled musty and faintly like smoke; there were areas where the paint was chipped or areas where the painters look like they rushed painting, beds were okay but not the most comfortable, pillows were tiny and not comfortable. Breakfast was average. Other than that the stay was good and the people working here were really nice. The room air conditioning was fine but the hallways were hot and humid, maybe it’s just because we aren’t used to humidity with where we live. We were worried about parking here because we saw previous reviews of pickups getting broken into, but our truck was fine. Location felt fairly safe.
