  If traveling to Jonesboro, would not recommend. Prices are more expensive than others in area. No hot water in one room, lights didn’t work in other. Signs point the wrong direction for room location. Expired breakfast foods. Would not recommend!

  Booking on the IHG site everything looks great. Need property. I get there tired from the road ready to relax after a shower to find out no cable service. I had the option to to a Holiday Inn somewhere in the area or 5000 points. I chose 5000 points which still hasn't shown up on my IHG account. To add insult to injury I had no hot water in the shower. Avoid this property. There is a Marriott property half a block away. If crap doesn't work put it on the hotel property link on the IHG website. Apparently cable has never worked since the hotel opened.

  I understand this is a brand new hotel. Need to go down the checklist before opening. TV was out. No cups in the room. Signs point the wrong way to rooms. I can live with that but we need biscuits and gravy for breakfast and they did not have that.
