  This is a great place to be. The employees and manager are so good to the people renting rooms. Rooms are clean every time i come here. And breakfast is always served every morning. I used to stay at laquinta until I realized this best western is cheaper and better.

  This hotel was awful. First off I found not 1 but 4 roaches. I killed 2 before I thought to take photos. 1 was on the alarm clock, 1 on the floor in front of sink, and the other 2 were on the beds. We decided against eating breakfast here. If there were roaches in the rooms there are definitely roaches in the kitchen. It was not clean. The carpet felt like it had a residue on it. There was dirt on the floor and in the tub. Stains on the sheets and wash cloth. The only positives I would say is the water in the sink did hot and the AC worked well when it was a 98 degree day. They have to be paying for reviews or getting all their family and friends to post because there is no way this hotel has a 4 star rating at the time of the review 7/3/26.

  Wow! Amazing hotel for the price! My room was huge and was spotless clean. The bed was also very comfortable. The hotel is in a nice area for walking around. I got out and walked to the cracker barrel and the convenience store. A very pleasant stay. Highly recommend 👍

  Worst Western. Room smelled like urine , carpet was wet on spots and so dirty that your socks turned black instantly. Bath plug doesn’t work so our toddler could not bath. Service? What service? They did offer another room that did not match our needs. I’m not going to stay at a BW anymore.

  Omg! What an amazing hotel deal here in Jonesboro Arkansas. This is the nicest hotel I've stayed at in a while. The room was huge and very nice. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was so good. Texas Pete hot sauce for the eggs. They had a yogurt machine. This hotel could charge twice as much and I'd gladly pay it. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. Ont sleep on this amazing deal in Jonesboro Arkansas. Check out the pics and video
