    Rooms are dirty. Lighting doesn’t work. Smells like smoke even in non smoking areas. Towels looked stained or already used- not sure. Live and dead ants were all around the sink. Would NOT recommend.

    I am staying in king suige room Nice hotel. Staff is friendly and professional. Makes me feel like home. Hot breakfasst every morning and coffee all day. Cleaning is best here and i m really enjoying my stay.

    I already hate hotels, this place solidified my reason. Upon entering, the lobby was very nice, but the room was not. Didn’t match the images on the website at all! Went in there and it smelled of mildew. The bed linen had brown stains on them (but room service was nice enough to come change them out and even spray to make the room smell better) and the pillows had no cases. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling, which looked like it had been deteriorating due to water. Come night time, a roach is crawling through the lobby. Around 5:00 am, I’m awakened by a friend who felt something crawling on her. They have BED BUGS. There were three in each bed. And when we took the sheets off, there were more. My first ever encounter with bed bugs and I gained 20+ bite marks. Unbelievable.

    Checked in and got to our floor, people were yelling and screaming in their rooms (zero sound barrier). Opened the door to the room, was incredibly hot and after the first step inside it reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Went back to the front desk 3 mins after checking in and was informed they had no more rooms of the one we booked. Requested a refund and cancellation. The 5star reviews on all platforms must be spam! They are NOT accurate.

    Very nice hotel I’ve stayed at a few other places in Jonesboro and non compare from the hospitality that the service desk or house keeping all the way up to the general manager this hotel is one id recommend to anyone who wants to be comfortable and safe
