  I don't expect a lot from the price i paid, but the hot breakfast was ice cold and biscuits seemed like they were two days old. Never got the WIFI password. Hotel and room were dated, but you can't expect too much for 60.00 dollars. Mexican restaurant next door has great food and drinks. Hotel on one-way street and it is in a dry county.

  Rooms were ok, service was terrible, the clerks got irritated for doing the very basic tasks. The hotel owner told us that "our" breakfast time is over just because we had a little extra toast and cereal

  Booked a room here for two nights Aug 21-22. When I arrived the evening of 21 August the room was very tired. I dropped my stuff before going to the Walmart down the street to get a few groceries. When I initially arrived in the room it felt close to 90-95 degrees and musty. The air in the room had been on before I even arrived. I set the temperature a bit lower so that it would be cooler when I got back. When I arrived back from Walmart after about 20-25 minutes I had stopped in the office to ask about the wifi then proceeded back to the room. When I arrived back into the room the room hadn't cooled down. The compressor was cycling on and off everytime it went to cool. When I started to unpack my stuff i noticed something on the table. It was a a few tiny bugs that appeared to be cockroaches! I flicked them to the floor and thought maybe it was a one off thing. I pulled back sheets to find a nother cockroaches that appeared larger than the other two smaller ones. I flicked that to the floor and smashed it. By that point I was in the room a total of about one hour. I immediately went to the desk with my belongings to leave. I spoke with the desk. A lady who was new working. A gentleman who said was just a coworker arrived to help her ironically after I mentioned I was going to leave He was driving a white Tesla. She went to the back to speak with him. He wouldn't come to the front to speak with me. They explained they couldn't issue a refund because "I used the room." I spoke with them via email and they had issued a refund for just the second day. I spoke with corporate who wasn't able to issue a refund either as they had no control over that local best western establishment. ***In addition, there high star reviews are fake. Any, one posted by a Patel is related to the owner. OR, it's a fake account created by the establishment. As the owners last name can be found quite easily on Google. Proceed at your own risk.
