  Excellent place to get away they have a social M T W with small plates and complimentary softdrinks beer and wine. Very clean rooms plenty of parking 4 beautiful grills for grilling your meats.

  This was my first time staying at Staybridge Suites and I probably be back! They are the best! Free breakfast, nice amenities and awesome staff. All staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions. I appreciate having a comfortable place to relax after a long day of work and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

  Rooms are very out dated, the curtains have holes all in them, the room was spacious and comfortable though. Breakfast does not start until 7:30 am so if you have to leave early, it's not helpful.

  Had a bad experience with another hotel, came to the Staybridge Becky was very welcoming and kind, the next day we decided to stay another night carrie was very helpful and informative, We will definitely be coming back !!

  We went to Hot Springs for the first time, and we’re pretty disappointed in our stay. Not everything was bad, but a few things did stand out that we didn’t agree with and feel should’ve got a refund for. First, our microwave was broken; we called the front desk and the gentleman was rude. We’d literally arrived, went to Walmart and came back and tried to use it and the internal plate was broken. We planned on using it, as we were there for 5 nights. He told us, sorry we don’t have any available for you to use, nothing that I can do. The hotel was not busy, and absolutely no way they didn’t have another one they could’ve brought. Second, our room looked like it wasn’t completely renovated. The transition between the kitchen and room was pulled up, and we had to cover it ourselves because we have a child. Third, we asked for a blanket for the pull out couch, and they said they didn’t have any extras, they may, “in a couple of days.” So we went and bought one and had to travel with it home. Lastly, we only had 2 towels in our room, we asked the front desk for more, and again, they said they didn’t have any. The woman was super nice, but I’m not sure how you run a hotel with out having ample towels. Mind you, we were there at the beginning of the week, and no more than 10 cars in the parking lot all day. I would really like someone to reach out to me directly, because I called the hotel and have yet to receive a call back. Highlights; great location, great breakfast and happy hour. The cleaners and women front desk agents were all super nice.
