  👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽Do not stay at this hotel!!!!!! If I could give this hotel a -10 star negative review, I would. HORRIBLE!!!! You have to put a start to be able to post but it doesn’t deserve it. Misleading on price and everything. They will overcharge you! Shows online a completely different price, and amenities that are at the location. I will never stay here again!!!!!! Can’t express this enough that it’s horrible!!!!

  A little off the beaten path but it was a nice experience. Clean room, reasonably priced, close to a fun seafood restaurant (have to drive across the bridge though) and other places to eat are nearby. Good breakfast but no biscuits & gravy🙁. Oh well, there were other choices.

  Perfect location. Easy in and out of the parking lot. Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean (I always fear they won’t be). I’m a firm believer in reading reviews. I wasn’t too impressed with breakfast until day 3 when they had biscuits and sausage gravy. Now that was worth the 3 day wait. I’m a southern gal and just can’t help myself! No access to the lake but was a nice view! Suites were nice and clean. I would stay here again.

  We have experienced a decline in customer service in the past month. We book rooms with a lake view through Booking. com.. The last two times we were given very sketchy and almost non- existent lake views. When we asked to change rooms, we were told that all the rooms were booked or dirty.Looking at the few cars in the parking lot and 2 people at Happy Hour, I doubt that all the rooms were booked and why would any rooms be dirty at 5 p.m. at night when even late checkout is 2 p.m.? Again dishonesty and NO customer service. Staff at the front desk do not look professional or have good grooming.

  Since we check in or try to check in, we stand there for 30 minutes. Then a large dog tried to jump on my 5 foot one girlfriend twice after checking in finally and having my credit card rang twice. There were foul odors in the hallway and in the elevator in which the AC also wasn’t working once inside the room it smelled old and musty. We found hairs in our bed and there were still urine in the toilet while trying to get a refund. Other guests were busy changing rooms because of roaches and or mold there was also reports of the pool being cloudy and slimy when I ask for a refund the desk clerk simply said oh I can’t do that. The managers are not available.. this place was a horrible experience from beginning to end the place smelled nasty and I need my refund
