  Long story Short they switch our room from a single king suite to a double full suite so me and the wife had to share a full size bed for our 24th Anniversary. We've come to this location over 5 times never had a problem the guy Joel said there was nothing he could do about it so we had to deal with it even though the room was paid in full over 2 months before and our checkin was around 445 5 o'clock and the parking lot was virtually empty. So now we've decided to take our business else where we come to Hot Springs at least once a year but we will try another lodging spot from here on out. Thank You Staybridge ✌️ Hopefully they won't try to retaliate for this honest review once we check out

  FIX THE POOL!!! It’s been too long. I recently had a stay in hot springs and I have to say I was less than impressed… all I wanted was a spa like weekend and that was made impossible because the pool was out of service… I bet the pool IS STILL out of service… and don’t get me started on the fact that the phone line is always busy and the front desk can never be found… DO BETTER

  If you are accustomed to staying in Residence Inn by Marriott this is not even close to be comparable. Room 106 was an absolute disaster and should be condemned. Upon entering you are hit with VERY moist air. Like imagine Florida in the summer before a storm but indoors. EVERYTHING was damp…sheets-damp, towels-damp, couch cushions-damp, chair cushions-damp, our clothes after coming back to the room after leaving for 6 hours-damp. There was water leak marks everywhere, bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen area. Only half of the screen works on the TV. I went to express concerns about this to the front desk staff & was told it is a “known issue”. So the management team is aware of the disrepair, damp air and malfunctioning TV and don’t care to fix or replace it. The furniture in the living space is in desperate need of replacement, the cushions are below the edges of the couch before you sit in it. And the chair is absolutely filthy. Also how they have the shower curtains hung does not allow for the shower curtain to actually keep any water IN the shower. It only covers the middle section so there were huge puddles of water on the floor after each shower any of my family members took. Don’t waste your money, stay somewhere else. Will absolutely never stay here again.

  Such a beautiful area. And the rooms were kept so clean! We stayed for 4 days and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Only recommendation is we wish there were more gluten free food options at breakfast or during their happy hour.
