  We used their indoor pool this summer for my daughter‘s birthday party and had a great time! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They also made sure to pay special attention to the birthday girl which I greatly appreciated.

  Stopped here for Anniversary Night on way through Arkansas headed South. 1st room…Far from clean. 2nd room after being moved…Not clean! Handed in keys and left.

  Very nice! Loved our 5 day stay here. Central location where it was convenient to everything. Front desk personnel were very friendly. The breakfast staff amazing. The only issue was wanting to use the laundry and it required quarters and there was not a quarter on the property. I suggested if they were not going to have change put a change machine in or a credit card reader in the laundry room. It was an early Sunday morning and they suggested I go to Walmart and buy something and ask for change. Ugh! Other than that highly recommend. Will definitely be back...

  I checked in last night to room 401 a suite. Was looking around and noticed a smell in the kitchen. Opened dishwasher and there was nasty old water sitting in the dishwasher. The whole room stunk terribly. My husband then started inspecting the room and found food under couch, white spots on couch, walls, food/drink splatter on walls, fridge wasn’t clean, etc. We were transferred to room 301. My husband walked into the next room and immediately was food on the floor in the kitchen. He again insisted we inspect the room. We found food under the couch, around table & chair, old nasty water in coffee tray, and a pill in the couch. At that point we refused to stay. I am an IHG member but did book through Priceline as it was $40 cheaper. Requested a refund through Priceline and when they called the hotel Charles, front desk manager, denied saying he inspected the room himself. He clearly has high cleanliness standards! I am disputing! Never ever had issues with IHG hotels before!! See attached pictures

  I booked my room thru the call center. I specifically asked for a room thats never had pets, and non smoking. I exlained that i have allergy induced asthma. I was insured over the phone by the call agent the hotel had an entire floor that restricted pets. When I showed up, I learned my room was on the pet friendly floor. The floor that doesnt allow pets was booked. I was not happy and ready to find another hotel. The desk receptionist, Mesha, put me into a room that she didnt think ever had pets. However, after being in the room for 20 minutes, I had an asthma attack. I returned to the lobby and wanted to check out. Mesha put me into the honeymoon suite on the restricted pets floor. This whole experience would prevent me from ever staying at a holiday Inn again. However, Mesha expressed her concern, found a solution, and used people skills to turn a horrible experience into a great overall one. Apparently, you use feather pillows. I awoke with another asthma attack and reduced it was caused by the pillows. I called the front desk and got a other desk person. I asked for different pillows not made with feathers. She told me that housing would be in at 7 am and they could help me. I told her the severity of the situation and she said she would look for replacement pillows. I gotndressed and went to the front desk. She wasn't looking for pillows, she was in the office. When I arrived she went to the housekeeping room and we found pillows not made with feathers. Unfortunately, most staff are like the second desk person I interfaced with. Non caring and excerts minimum effort in the job. This is why Mesha must be acknowledged for her skills, and caring for the customer.
