  We have stayed at plenty of IHG and Hiltons, this is by far the best stay anywhere. There have been no issues. Any interactions have been professional and pleasant. Rooms and halls are very clean. Parking lot is clean. There is an urgent care next door. Plenty of eateries and shopping centers all within a quarter of a mile. Check in was a breeze and the females at the front desk actually have a personality. Its nice to see genuine smiles.

  I came on 8/7/26 and stayed until 8/10/26. When I arrived the first evening, I was greeted by a very friendly young lady. She had a big smile in her face, was super friendly, and took the time to answer any questions I had. Every evening when I returned during my stay, she again greeted me with a smile on her face, and even wished me a happy birthday on the day of my birthday. She remembers the guests, things about them, and went out her way to help them and me. The room was very nice, clean, and completely comfortable during my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Hot Springs, Arkansas, and I will be coming back here the next time I visit this area. Thank you to the staff and to that young lady for a very nice and unforgettable experience.

  Came in after a long day of driving and work, miss raven promptly found my reservation and told me about all amenities and was super polite... Everytime anyone left or came in she would greet or bid them safe travels... This is one of candlewood suites biggest joys for me and our crew... Also another big reason why we keep coming back thanks raven...

  I’ve always been quick to leave a bad review. Maybe save someone a headache. That’s not the case here. Candlewood suites, Hot Springs AR. This is one of the more expensive rooms we’ve booked, but will absolutely book it next time we go to hot springs. It was worth every penny. This hotel was beyond 5 stars. It had everything you could ask for whether you’re planning an overnight or extended stay. So here is the run down. They don’t do continental breakfast, but the rooms had everything you needed to make your own. Stove, cookware, dishes, refrigerator, pantry, even a dishwasher. We made 2 meals there which in turn, saved money. The room was IMMACULATE. As if no one had ever cooked in that kitchen before me. The room also had tons of pluses. Extra linnens in the closet, plenty of pillows, tvs came with streaming platforms. It even had a recliner. The pool was a pretty nice size and super clean. It was paired with a covered area to grill or just visit at. The gym had everything you would need to meet your workout goals. Plenty of space and equipment. But as great as this place was, the most welcoming and memorable part of our stay was Jordan. She answered every question we asked, was so kind, professional, and proficient at what she did. All with a smile! This hotel was more than a nice place to stay, it was the icing on top of our trip. And Jordan made sure of that. Great hotel, great staff. 10/10 would recommend.
