Had to wait forever in line at registration. We had a reservation. Otherwise the rooms were great. Price seemed high. I checked prices on a Thursday for a Saturday night but came back the next day and the rate went way up for the same night.

The location is great for Hot Springs Village. However, the lobby smells and outside smells like sewer in the morning. Breakfast had very minimal options.

Not worth $161 a night! This motel should have been way less. Pool smelled like sewage, hot tub was not hot and only 2 "jets" worked and it smelled like urine. Rooms have a constant damp feeling and we later found a moisture removing bag hanging on the bar you can hang clothes hangers on. Breakfast is not much but cereal and make your own waffles. Bed area looks updated but bathrooms have not received the same attention. Air conditioning unit is pretty loud too, but it's summer time in the south so we kind of get that one.

My family stayed here as a stop on our move from Texas to PA. The good: They are pet friendly, the rooms were spotless and spacious, and the employees are super friendly. Customer service is a big deal to me, so I appreciated that aspect. The cleanliness of the room was also absolutely perfect. Being pet friendly, I was concerned but I was pleasantly surprised at no odor and just how clean the room was. The bad: My family has 3 cats, and since I’ve been calling several hotels during our move I’ve gotten used to asking if the pet fee I’m quoted is a flat fee or a fee per pet. On the phone I was told it was $25 flat fee and then when I arrived I saw on a sign that it was $25 per pet. Thankfully, the kind employees at the front desk went out of their way to check with either owner or manager on the phone and they were willing to work with me since I had been told it was $25 flat fee on the phone. That being said, be aware if you have pets that it is $25 PER PET. Second negative is that the breakfast is super simple. They did have biscuits and gravy, but there wasn’t a lot of sausage in the gravy. Overall, this place is great. I would stay here again, I would just leave my cats at home if I did.

For context my wife and I came here to get away from MS for a week. After our stay. We would not stay here again. The Good - the location is great bc it’s off the normal path and secluded. It is next to a few places to eat and a Walmart which is nice. The beds were comfortable. The Bad - if you like comfort or peace and quiet. This isn’t the place. You get what you pay for. The walls are paper thin and it was loud noises all night each night we were here. The breakfast is free and it shows. It’s so limited to a waffle and biscuit / gravy. You won’t starve but it’s not great and it’s a small room so if there are more than 3 people. It’s a free for all. With kids grabbing all the food. Good luck. The room is small but that’s fine. What’s not fine is multiple stains on our bed which we were told was just cleaned. Just old stains. Gross. Then toss them and get more. The Ugly - We had a helicopter land next to our room around 4:30pm. No real reason and nothing was said to us like this is normal. When I asked about it the lady up front said the pilot stays here some times and he flys in. Great. Awesome. Wish I knew this ! Then the pilot didn’t even have the courtesy to take off at a normal time. We powers up his chopper at 5am. Bc who needs sleep on vacation. This isn’t the place to stay for us. Next time we will spend a bit more time thinking about the quality of the place. Arkansas is great and we found lots of things to do but we had to stay out of our room as much as possible to enjoy the trip. It reminds me of apartment living where anyone and everyone is there and makes as much noise as they like. Gotta check this one off as a lesson learned.
