  we found a last min room. 15 mins from state park which was helpful. The bathroom was clean... although 2 towels for 2 adults. at least 4 is customary per room. The bed sheets appeared clean... I appreciated the floors were laminate so that helped. The Air was completely off when we checked into the room fro the night, it took close to an hour to bring the temp down and thankfully we traveled with a fan anyways. the pull out sofa was Disgusting! We did not use it after all. The " breakfast" was small, we got a banana and ran. The front office to check in and out, along with breakfast had an offensive smell. We stayed 2 nights however during our stay we were locked out of our room and informed that we were going to have to move rooms .. The lady was able to arrange where we could continue but it was an unexpected and unnecessary event that added stress to stay. We opted to stay due to the heat vs camping which was helpful but I doubt I will come again

  Clean and comfortable. The only part I had issues with was people walking around outside the room being loud at night. The employees were very helpful and nice.

  Great value hotel. Clean and well kept, bathrooms could use a little updating but overall a nice place to stay in the Hot Springs area.

  Had to wait forever in line at registration. We had a reservation. Otherwise the rooms were great. Price seemed high. I checked prices on a Thursday for a Saturday night but came back the next day and the rate went way up for the same night.
