  The rooms are not horrible, everything was fairly clean. The air works good and it has been updated from a few years ago...the biggest problem for me is the sheets. They are cheap sheets that do not fit the bed. We had a king size bed and the fitted sheet did not fit. It was not good sleep thinking I was going to be lying on a mattress with no covering....invest in some sheets that actually fit your beds....and I might add that you barely had to move and they pop off.

  Like a childhood memory! Regular, doors outside hotel, it reminded me of travelling with my folks when I was a kid except clean, quiet and the staff were friendly. Yes, basic and no frills but a great location to HSV and really nice. I'm fairly sure that a lot of the guests were contractors working in the area which means working guys who just want to relax, watch tv and go to sleep after a hard day's work. Not a resort, destination or anything else, just a nice place and a great value!!!

  Clean, comfortable and for us super quiet! My only complaint was the humidity, but everything else made up for it.

  As I had a long drive to Arkansas my quality of sleep was a big deal. The room was clean the bed was so good the staff and manager were so nice and responsive , I can’t point on anything literally but for those who need quick access to Hotspring might not be a good choice also for those who want a protein boost on their breakfast menu also this place might not be a great choice.
