  To respond to the comment of best western hope (owner)... hotel engine was contacted that day and they are the ones that stated the hotel manager was not going to issue a refund on those 2 rooms

  Out dated rooms, very uncomfortable. I'm sorry that this company can't afford some simple pleasures.

  I booked 10 rooms total. 8 on one reservation. 1 on another reservation. And the same thing for my 10th room. I booked through hotel engine. I was not able to show up and was a no show due to working a train derailment in the area and we were not allowed to go to the rooms until completed. Contacted. Hotel engine to get a refund. The hotel refunded the 8 rooms that were a no show because there was a group booking. No for the single hotel bookings they did not want to give a refund because they were single bookings. I had a manager stop by the hotel and he refused to stay there due to the smell and looks. So he decided to stay at the holiday inn across the street. To the management of the hotel. Do the right thing and refund my other 2 rooms cause I was cleaning up a wreck in the community. Best western will do anything to come up with an excuse.

  A phenomenal roadside stop! Quiet, clean, safe! Very nice rooms that were well cared for. Lovely staff that were kind and helpful. A very safe and welcoming environment. I've stayed in many a roadside motel, and this one is a notch above!

  Roaches! Everywhere. Its neglected and infested. If it wasnt so late we would have left buy we were exhausted. Shame on you Best Western.
