  2 of my brothers and I were traveling from New Orleans to go to Branson, Missouri, for the SMX playoffs. Held at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena. We had Friday and Saturday night reserved. But was able to leave early on Thursday. So we got into town, went straight to the hotel to see if a room was available. Which was actually Friday morning about 12:30 AM. We were greeted by a very delightful/helpful, overnight clerk, name Jodi. A room was available and when we explained that we had 2 nights reserved for Friday and Saturday night through a travel package and if possible would like to stay in the same room. She said that in the morning we would just have to turn in the 3 room keys, we had and activate the other two nights and get 3 new room keys, since it was booked through a third party. Jodi assured us that she would leave a note for the morning crew to explain our situation. So in the morning after some well needed rest, one of my brothers went to the front desk and was greeted by another pleasant and helpful clerk named Angie, and he explained our conversation with Jodi And within minutes, he was back In the room with 3 new keys, we didn't have to move a thing. It couldn't have worked out Any better! So needless to say, we were very pleased with the service. The room was great, clean, everything worked. And hot breakfast every morning. Thanks again Jodi and Angie! And everyone else that works at this location.

  Genuinely such a bad experience we drove all night because a family member was in the hospital got to the hotel about 1 ish in the morning had a reservation then found out after everything was done they don’t except chime, CASHAPP, or VARO but will accept PayPal the lady at the desk told us they accepted PayPal because it has physical bank locations which it doesn’t it’s online banking just like chime or CASHAPP or varo keep in mind we stayed a few months prior to this and I used my chime card it really made it feel like none of these people knew what they were even talking about I’ve never had this or at any holiday inn and now I’m not sure I ever want to stay or give my money to holiday inn ever again.

  We were on our way back to Little Rock and made a stop here. The people are amazing. There was an abused and abandoned doggie roaming the parking lot and they tried to help get it to safety. I fed the dog a burger and it had a huge gash in its face. It was in bad shape. They could have ignored it but the hotel staff tried to help the dog. Quality people with morals work here. Highly recommend staying here for the excellent service. Thank you for loving animals ❤️

  We stayed here while in town for a few days. We were greeted by the front desk and checked in. Nothing rude but just went through the motions. We got to the room and it was not as neat as if it had been detailed cleaned. Room seemed clean enough. The hotel has breakfast in the morning which is included in your stay. They have eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, bacon, and potatoes. They rotate daily and have different items every day. They also have pancakes, bagels, cinnamon rolls, cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt. For drinks they have milk, orange juice, apple juice, tea and coffee. The coffee and tea is available 24/7.
