  When we first got here, we had a room that had nasty stuff in the floor. Long story short we went to the front desk and a lady was very kind and understanding and she allows us to move to a different room and that room was very nice. Very clean. Their service here from the employees were amazing. The only thing was is the first room we got sent to was not clean properly and the front desk was immediately able to jump on and move us somewhere else without any hesitation. Overall experience was amazing besides the room, but everything else made up for it.

  I was shocked and dismayed. That the room had bedbugs.. I will be filing a legal query into this. What is so bad, I spoke to dayshift receptionist Daniel, who promised me that someone would contact me regarding getting Compensation for my less than stellar handling of these bedbug sutuation, no kne ever contacted me, nitlr attempted to contact me. Paying almost 150usd a night, the rooms neither had a fridge nor a microwave, something that even two star motel has. The ice machine did not work either... with all that 4 star pomp and circumstance, do not waste your time or money. Dr. James Freeman

  Room smelt like it had been smoked in. Staff was friendly, was unable to check out the immediate local area but would stay again.

  Very friendly staff, especially our bartender, Ben. When we 1st checked in our room had black mold so we were moved. The pool water looked oily so we did not swim. Needs a renovation but we had a good time

  First off they advertise as a 4 star hotel i would highly disagree. The first issue plumbing trying to take a shower the water backs up in the tub like it's clogged or something obviously not right had to be moved 3 times to a room that didn't have a plumbing issue so we could finally take a proper shower, our second issue was housekeeping not up to par the 1st room with plumbing issues had a used towel with dirt or make up all over it , the second room the hotel front desk sent us to had stains on our bed linens and pillow disgusting, 3rd issue in 2nd room 215 along with the nasty stains the wallpaper is folding back and you can see some kind of mold growth on the wall. Room 217 the last room we stayed in wasn't bad but there has to be something wrong with the AC because this is what I do for a living and generally if you cut the thermostat down to 64 it should be freezing and I should be sleeping under the covers, well it was warm enough I slept on top of the covers. I understand it's a 50 year old plus hotel but if you advertise as a 4 star hotel you should be able to have a worthy cleaning crew to clean the rooms and upkeep maintenance on yalls hotel because this is false advertisement paying for a 4star hotel when you get 2.5 star motel product.
