- MGMichael Grollman2 days ago4.0Interesting hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room mostly very well appointmented. Enjoyed tremendously the fireworks 🎇 from July 4,2026 as seen from the 9th floor. On the wierd side, they had somehow let their liquor license expire, so the bar could not serve 🍺 kinda sad. Room was too hot no idea why the a/c was so weak. Lack of fridge in rooms. Restaurant menu was not strong. Five story waterfall seem partly disabled.

- TLT LJun 26, 20262.0Hotel was very stuffy/muggy. AC in room never got down to temp. Very disappointed to find out there was no microwave or fridge in room and no free breakfast. Even coffe was $2 a K cup. Moved hotels the next night and very happy.

This would have been tolerable if not for the fact that the day after our anniversary, a man walked into the hotel room unannounced, even though the housekeeping manager had said the room was empty three hours earlier. Will not be staying here again.

The website boasts of great amenities however- no refrigerator no shower caps the tiniest bottles of lotion, shampoo & conditioner one tiny-thin bar of soap The p-leather on the chair was completely peeled off. After returning to my room in the evening- tiny soap was removed from shower and not replaced shower mat removed-not replaced shower not cleaned at all-wet towels left hanging comforter on bed pulled up however pillows were left on one side of the bed -on top of each other and dented in like someone had been sleeping on them Housekeeping staff TERRIBLE!!!! room door paint chipped front door of hotel broken-only one side operational No one to assist with baggage GREAT PM front desk staff!!! Close proximity to bars and restaurants in downtown Fort Smith
