  I’ve been staying at this Holiday Inn Express for several years now whenever I’m in Fort Smith for work, and it has become one of my favorite Holiday Inn Express locations. The rooms are always clean, modern, and well-maintained. Housekeeping does a great job, and the rooms are consistently stocked with everything I need for my stay. The front desk staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional, which makes check-in and check-out quick and easy. The complimentary breakfast is also a nice perk. It’s not perfect every single morning, but it’s consistently good and offers plenty of options to get your day started. I think a lot of people overlook Holiday Inn Express because they assume it’s a more budget-friendly brand, but not all locations are created equal. This property is one of the nicer ones I’ve stayed at. You can tell the staff takes pride in maintaining the hotel. The location is another big plus. It’s quiet, feels safe, and is conveniently located near several restaurants and shopping areas, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely continue staying here whenever my work brings me to Fort Smith. Highly recommend!

  I love staying at Holiday Inn Express when I travel on business or leisure. My stay here at Holiday Inn Express in Ft. Smith, AR was awesome as always. The employees when I first arrived were a pleasure. They made sure I knew where everything is and answered any of my questions. The rooms are great, clean and roomy. The breakfast is a hit for me.....5 stars for the Holiday Inn Express in Ft. Smith. I do have a MAJOR complaint against the Holiday Inn Express (HIE) in Van Buren, AR. I had reserved a room for (5) days at the HIE in Van Buren. My business deal was cut short by two days so I had to cancel the remaining (2) days and return home early. I was informed I would be charged $50 for early cancellation. I WAS FURIOUS! I have never been charged a cancellation fee from Holiday Inn Express before at any of my stays. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS IN VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS AGAIN!!!

  Above and beyond the call for customer service. Amber and Brett answered all our questions and in such a friendly and kind way. We chatted and got suggestions about places and things to do while we were in town. Amber helped me with a last minute craft project for a friend. I was absolutely shocked at her generosity and friendliness!

  The room was nice and clean and housekeeping was seen regularly cleaning. Everyone on staff were professional and friendly. Great breakfast options and located near a variety of restaurants.
