  So we get in late at night@ around 11pm mind you we made reservations earlier in the day. They gave us the key to our room as we walk in the room it is a mess trash everywhere beds not made they never cleaned the room so we let the front desk know and mind you she knew that they didn't finish cleaning the room. So they give us another room and that room was a mess as well. Horrible hotel service would not recommend this place.

  Unbelievable. The lobby was dirty. Floors dirty. Rugs dirty. Elevator walls and floor dirty. Toilet tissue debris in my bathroom floor. NO COFFEE MAKER in the room. Luke warm shower. Elevator could not stop on floors 2 and 4 and notes were posted to use stairs. Without my special rate this room would have been $180! A disgrace to IHG.

  6/10 stars. It's okay. We had to stop in this city otherwise burn out from driving. Pros: right off the freeway and some free breakfast items, beds were clean and super comfortable. They had the beds on box spring for better support. The duvet covers looked newer than other locations we visited. Ac was working, Elevator worked. They have laundry on site and close to gas station and nearby food places... Cons: pool was cloudy, very few towels, water pooling around pool walking area where it shouldn't. Lots of single men loitering outside, and I saw a grill they must have been using to grill out there. They all looked blue collar and had work trucks so not a safety issue. My biggest issue is with the developer. I'm guessing they cut corners on insulating between rooms. When we stood in the bathroom we could hear the next room clear as day. During breakfast my husband had to ask one of the workers if they could refill certain breakfast items; also some of the food wasn't hot enough. They just didn't seem too happy about even working there. I noticed little things like hair in the corners of the bathroom and also on the elevators... That's all. Overall just an okay experience. Very mid for the price.

  I stayed at your property on June 10 and was charged $141.83 at check-in at approximately 2:32 a.m. When I checked out and returned my room key, the front desk employee informed me that my stay had not been paid for. I immediately showed her my bank account, which clearly reflected that the payment had already been processed and deducted. Despite this evidence, she insisted that I make another payment. Because I was pressed for time and unable to continue disputing the issue, I reluctantly paid a second charge of $147.47. On June 16, I called to address the duplicate charge and spoke with a manager. She advised me that I would receive an email confirming the reimbursement; however, I never received any such email. Additionally, the manager was unprofessional throughout the conversation, speaking rudely and ultimately hanging up on me before the matter was resolved. After receiving no follow-up, I contacted the corporate office on June 18 regarding the duplicate charge. I was informed that the matter would be investigated and that I would receive a callback within 24 to 48 hours. However, I did not receive any communication within that timeframe. On June 22, I called the corporate office again to check on the status of my reimbursement. During that conversation, I was informed that a refund had been processed for the original $141.83 charge. This is incorrect. The $141.83 charge was the legitimate payment made at check-in. The charge that should have been refunded is the second and unnecessary charge of $147.47, which I was pressured to pay at checkout despite already having paid for my stay. The duplicate charge, the lack of follow-up, the confusion regarding the refund, and the poor customer service I received from both property staff and management have made this an extremely frustrating experience.
