We were traveling cross country and to patronize all Best Western s some times a Bestwestern Plus is not avaiable and we our so loyal to Beswestern Hotels. Do yourself a favor and stay anyplace but here. Took a knob off in the bathroom so anyone could be poked or shocked, definitely would NOT RECOMMEND

The rooms are getting old, you can tell and the AC has that mildew(y) smell, which is always irks me, cause it takes less than a minute to fix that. The service is absolutely the defining positive feature here, the lady at night when I got in was wonderful to talk to. Grey's Anatomy righhhhtttttt.
