  If I could give 100 stars I would! The manager, Leah Brown and her staff are fantastic! They are friendly and accommodating and they are truly the epitome of southern hospitality! The facility is very clean and exceptionally kept. The AC is ice cold and their breakfast is above what you find elsewhere. The place is easy to access off of I-40 at exit 55. If you're traveling through western central Arkansas, do yourself a favor and stay at Holiday Inn Express in Clarksville!!

  When I booked our two rooms I specifically asked for adjoining rooms. One a king suite and one a handicapped room. Spoke to someone at that location to explain our needs as we were traveling with my mother in law who was 80 and not able to get around much. Had conversations about our specific needs and how we needed to be able to check on her during the night. (Hence the adjoining rooms) I was told that it was no problem and they could get us fixed up. We go to check in and im told our rooms are across the hall and two doors down. They tell me they have no adjoining room with the handicapped room. Very frustrating when you speak to someone in that hotel and explain your needs and they tell you they have you covered only to find out it can't happen. Room is decent. The mirror is dirty and there is hair behind the bathroom door but I have been in worse. We will see how breakfast goes in the morning.

  I was hesitant about staying here but I was not giving it a fair chance. Never been a fan of IHG but I was pleasantly surprised at the overall experience of this location. Very quiet, rooms very clean. Had a small maintenance issue that I reported on my way to work and was resolved before my return. Even though this hotel is 12 years old it looks brand new. Great job to the GM Leah and her staff for a job well done.

  Only negative: the fitness room has no weight bench to sit on to lift for chest exercises. Odd.
