  I’ve stayed in a lot of holiday inn expresses and this is by far one of the best. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The rooms are very clean the breakfast is the best I’ve seen thus far. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone

  Our one‑night stay was overall very pleasant. The front desk staff provided excellent service and were both helpful and respectful. However, we did experience an issue with housekeeping. Despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign displayed and checkout not being until 11:00 AM, housekeeping attempted to enter our room at 8:00 AM, hitting the deadbolt in the process. We were then woken by staff loudly discussing that the room was still occupied and expressing frustration in the hallway. When we left the room around 9:20 AM, housekeeping was waiting directly outside and immediately asked if we were finished so they could enter. While I understand they have a job to do, ignoring a clearly displayed “Do Not Disturb” sign and attempting to enter the room so early was disappointing and made the morning feel rushed.

  Called and booked room 5 days prior to stay. Specifically ask for top floor away from elevator as I'm a light sleeper which was noted in the reservation details. Upon checking in they said they had me on the 1st floor and was sorry about not catching the note on my request. No more rooms available on top floor so I had to stay on the 1st floor. People are so disrespectful for other guests stomping around above me and slamming doors. This will be the last time I stay at this location. Very disappointed with the service and the I don't care attitude from the manager on duty. Edit: After discussing issues with Leah, she made things right and took very good care in correcting issues. Thank you

  Housekeeping walked into our room without knocking while we were inside, at 8 am on Sunday morning - when checkout isn’t until 11am. The housekeeper just said “Oh they said you were gone” and walked out - uncomfortable and unacceptable is an understatement . On top of that, the cleaning staff started making excessive noise as early as 6 a.m.—every. single. morning. Going to clean rooms, opening the swing lock and letting the door bang back on it repeatedly. Overall impression of the staff was unprofessional and careless. There didn’t seem to be any regard for guest privacy or basic courtesy. Far from a relaxing or enjoyable experience when staying here for 3 nights for a wedding. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made in staff training and guest respect - should have came to that conclusion as they respond to every negative review about the hotel with “template”

  I don't like writing this, because I don't like giving poor reviews, but I'm a little frustrated with their service currently. My husband stayed here for 4 nights two weeks ago for work. He had to book for 2 weeks, but they got done early with work and got to come home early. We were charged the full 12 night stay, with a promise of reimbursement. I had to call them on Thursday of this week as we still hadn't been reimbursed. I talked to Jessica at the front desk on Thursday and was promised that we were owed money, and they would call me back Thursday afternoon. Jessica never called me back, so I called Friday morning to check on things. Jessica informed me that their financial officer was coming in to make sure the account got closed out correctly, and that I was promised a call back Friday to let me know everything was all set. It is currently Friday night and here I am, without a call or a credit to our credit card. They owe us over $1000. I am a very patient person, but I am getting really upset about being left in the dark and it seems like nothing is happening. I will be contacting our bank on Monday so they can dispute the charges if I do not get an answer by tomorrow. I would recommend another hotel because this has been a complete headache.
