  Exceptional stay, unbeatable hospitality! ​I would choose to stay here over and over again! ​our room (305) was incredibly quiet, spacious, clean, and equipped with a fridge. the beds were absolute heaven, we all slept like a baby. There's a fridge in the room, microwave, also huge bonus was the washroom fully stocked with Dove products! ​they have everything you need, including a business center, a small gym, an indoor pool, and a hot tub (use at your own risk), free bottled water and ice makers onsite were super convenient ​they serve free breakfast, fully stocked with everything you could imagine for breakfast and more. Bacon was perfect crisp too, the automatic pancake making machine made the best pancakes we've ever had in a hotel. Cereals, fruits oatmeals, baked goods, greek yogurt not the cheap kind either, juices, etc. I know you won't be disappointed in the selections. If you're lucky you get to meet Miss Pam. She truly made our trip unforgettable, she is a gentle, kind soul, interacting with her felt like being spoiled by a loving grandma who just wants to make sure you're well fed :) thanks Miss Pam, we heart you ​Every member of the staff was wonderfully friendly, hghly recommend room 305 for a restful night's sleep Thanks Holiday Inn for our most comfortable 2 night's stay also, if you’re feeling creative with origami, they get a kick out of it.   Rooms were disgusting and smelled, bugs were crawling on walls and in bathtub when we checked In. Ended up checking out early and losing money.

  Here’s a revised version without mentioning bed bugs: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at this Holiday Inn in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. The room was dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned properly before my arrival. On top of that, the staff was rude, unprofessional, and did not seem interested in addressing my concerns or providing good customer service. A hotel should provide guests with a clean, welcoming environment and treat them with respect. Unfortunately, this property failed to meet those basic expectations. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Un

  This is a nice holiday inn, there's a couple places very close to grab some food and if you're a truck drivers there's a good sized lot out back and a Pilot right there to fuel up. The hotel gives driver discounts for your stay as well.
