  This is an outstanding hotel with a wide range of amenities, fantastic service and good value for the price. Complimentary breakfast at the adjacent Perkins Pancakes restaurant; both indoor and outdoor pools and a clean, well-stocked exercise room with treadmills and weights. Numerous restaurants within walking distance and several more, along with a super Walmart are a few blocks away. Conveniently located near I-55. All of our requests during our four-night stay were met cheerfully and rapidly and both check-in and checkout were fast and smooth. Highly recommended.

  I created a reservation late due to travel delays. I messaged the front desk and said I would be arriving late and got confirmation from Heather that it would not be an issue. When I arrived my reservation was cancelled and I was charged a no show fee and had to create new reservation. When she checked me in on that reservation(1 night only) I was charged over $600 for someone else's room and was told there was no way to fix it until management came in that afternoon. I called and was told it would be reversed but unsure how long the hold would last and that they weren't able to do anything about the no-show fee, that I'd have to call IHG. I will not be back and would highly recommend considering other options if you're choosing to stay here.

  We came here to stay over night from 12AM-6AM, the stay was overall okay. When i walked in the room the bed sheets were damp and the room was super hot it took a while to cool down. While we were sleeping our car was broken into. They told us pet owners policy that we cannot look at the cameras without a police report. Cops were super helpful but the hotel staff wasn’t. overall i would rate this hotel a 2/10.Also the rooms REEKED of weed

  Excellent service from check in through attached Perkins restaurant staff. Recently renovated rooms and lobby. Toilet/shower area clean but dated. Convenient handicapped parking and they gave me a room close to the entrance without having to ask. Area is not great but I felt safe.
