  The Bike inn was great. We rented mtn e-bikes there too. The place is clean with nice amenities. The location was good for our group of three. No car needed. We made it up to Bella Vista rode the trails and back. Wrights BBQ is a must stop if you like serious BBQ. We also rented cruiser e-bikes from smileys who delivered them and we rode the greenway trail. Jeremy the owner stops in and is very cool, he takes pride in his place. Highly recommended for those who eat sleep ride. Tony

  The bike in is our FAVORITE place to stay when visiting Bentonville. Jeremy has thought of everything and I mean everything. There is a sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, community area, and so many little details. We love being able to have our dog with us And he loves the space as well. I definitely recommend this campsite. I have seen that. It has a great rooms and tiny homes for those who don’t want to camp in their van. Thank you for hosting us Jeremy, and we will be back!

  This is a truly unique bike-centered motel. I had a very enjoyable stay here and would recommend it, though there are two logistical things future guests should be aware of. The positives: The host is fantastic. When I had trouble with check-in, he answered my call immediately and resolved it. He was also incredibly helpful with a bike rental, which made my trip much better. The overall vibe is great and the facilities are well-maintained. Points to Note: 1. Check-in: There is no on-site staff, and I didn't receive the check-in instructions ahead of time (probably because I booked through a 3rd-pary platform), which led to some confusion upon arrival. However, as mentioned, the host was very responsive via phone. 2. The bathroom layout: The listing for the cabin mentions a "detached private" bathroom. To clarify for others: there are two well-maintained, individual locking bathrooms (each with a shower, sink, toilet) located off a common lounge. While you have privacy once inside, they are shared by all the guests rather than being reserved for a specific room. If you are specifically filtering for a bathroom that is for your exclusive use, keep this layout in mind. Overall, a great spot with a helpful host, as long as you are comfortable with the communal bathroom setup!

  I learned about The Bike Inn from a little brochure at West Bottoms Bicycles in Kansas City. We booked our trip a few days later and I am so glad that we did. We loved our stay! The in is very cute and well maintained. We loved the backyard with the fire pit both at night and for morning coffee. The room was clean and we loved the bicycle themed decor. I made a mistake when typing an email address when booking. Jeremy was very responsive and had the issue fixed quickly. Instructions were clear and communication was excellent. The location is close to everything. As others have mentioned, it is on a busy street. We road about 50 ft on the side of the road to a side street and went south two blocks to get on a paved trail (Trail of Two Cities). We were able to take that to the Razorback Greenway and rode all the way down to Fayetteville. We really enjoyed brewery hopping on the way home. We had a really fun weekend with friends and will definitely recommend The Bike Inn to others!

  I took my 14 year old son to Bentonville for mountain biking on his spring break - our first time to the area. We stayed at The Bike Inn. Cannot say enough good things. The place is perfect for those who want to focus on biking. The value is incredible - rooms are clean and nicely done and lots of little (but awesome) perks (hot tub, cold plunge, etc.). Most importantly, Jeremy (the owner), is a class act. He took my son and I out on three different tours. He’s a phenomenal biker, but an ever better guy. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the sport and the area. He’s friendly and easy to talk to and, most importantly, he does a phenomenal job of helping his customers. If you’re in the area and want to focus on biking (regardless of experience level), The Bike Inn is the place to go - hands down!
