- MWMal White-ShawAug 29, 20261.0I am sad to say that I felt very unclean and unsafe during my time here. I was given keys upon my arrival and was able to walk right on into a occupied room. As I am sitting in my second hotel room terrified the same thing will be done to me, I went to try to take a shower I noticed red mildew covering all the corners. The tub was so clogged it filled with in three min and I had to get out of the shower before washing my body. I tried to call the front desk and then discovered the phone in my room did not work and was connected to a fax line. So I went to the front desk for help and I was asked to move rooms at 10pm with no help, then asked to bring the keys back to the desk for room number 2. Once I got to room number three there was no wifi accessibility and the TV did not work, I walked to the front desk again becaise the phones do not work, he handed me a remote and told me to reprogram my own tv. I tried it did not work and ultimately at 1030 I had to beg someone to come to my room and help me. Now as I sit here in room number three I feel no safer and am settled on the fact that I will be ending my stay early and not finishing my reservation. Do better Holiday inn, your guests deserve to feel safe.

- HSHilary SheardJul 30, 20264.0Staff were terrific! This is a smaller Holiday Inn but in a highly convenient location - near the freeway, but not particularly noisy. And highly convenient for the Crystal Bridges Museum. It's a little older and less sparkly white than more modern Holiday Inns, but the staff at the front desk were absolutely outstanding: incredibly polite, friendly and helpful. They made our visit a real pleasure.
