  Simple inexpensive room. Some road noise from the nearby highway. Kodi checked us in at night and was very pleasant to talk with and helpful too. Overall a solid stay.

  This motel is right off 30W so if you’re noise sensitive be aware. Traffic did lessen around 10pm but still kind of loud. The motel is older but seems has been updated fairly recently. The rooms were clean but grout in bathroom might need some extra elbow grease. Beds were very comfortable. Microwave, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and coffee pot in room. There is a pool and it was very nice. Breakfast was typical motel/hotel but fresh and well presented. Staff were all very nice and polite. Would definitely stay here again when traveling this route.

  I love this hotel! It’s such a good value. It’s clean, updated, has large TV, couch in room, outdoor pool and plenty of parking (for big trucks too!) I always stop when passing through so not sure about Benton but as far as the neighborhood where hotel is there’s nothing at all within walking distance so one star for that.

  I highly recommend this best western. It’s clean, easy to get to, and close to restaurants. Also I’m so impressed with the person working at the front desk. Lisa was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful and friendly and just a great personality. Thanks Best Western and Lisa!

  For the age and price, it was great. The rooms were old, but clean and comfortable. Small bathroom, and the drain was almost totally stopped up, but management probably didn't know. I told them before we left, so they get the benefit of the doubt😏. Anyone stays in room 110, let me know if it drains well, I'll give them 5 stars for the rooms 😁. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. My son especially liked watching the pancake machine. The pool hours aren't the best, 10-9. But it was clean and well maintained. We rescheduled an appointment so the little guy could swim before check out at 11 and he waited eagerly for 3 hours until 10 o'clock. As he was finally heading out, a maintenance guy came and shocked the pool, telling him to wait yet another 15 minutes to swim. At least he got a little swimming in, but that was irritating of the guy to do that right when the pool opened. Hence, the 3 stars for service. The location is no fault of the hotel. Oh my gosh, I have never seen such a poorly designed road system. Benton SUCKS to get around in.
