  Not the best experience during my stay. Lynn was very rude and unhelpful when it came to the bed bugs in my room. Absolutely disgusting to walk into after a long trip and ready to sleep, and tops it off with terrible management. Don’t recommend staying here.

  Caution!!! The floors are extremely squeaky!! I’m not exaggerating when I say you will hear every step the person takes in the room above yours. I fell asleep happy thinking I had paid for one of the better/more expensive hotels in the city. I woke up to extremely loud noises coming from the ceiling. I asked the front desk for a different room or a refund and they said no. Said it was full. I went up to the second floor and knocked on the door of the room directly above mine. He was a very small man. Maybe 140 pounds. Not like there was some heavy person jumping up and down. I asked him if he wouldn’t mind trying to keep it down. He invited me into his room and showed me that he could hear the floor creak when he walks around. He told me he would do his best to walk around as little as possible. I could still hear him but i was able to eventually fall asleep. People, I got lucky. The person above me was kind and reasonable. You might not get so lucky. If they don’t have a top floor room available I highly recommend avoiding this hotel. The front desk person said that several of the rooms/ceilings are being reinforced right now on the first floor. But they don’t mention anything when you check in. Either get a top floor room, wait until this place has been fixed (it’s now April 2026), talk to the person in the room above yours and pray they are okay with not walking in their own room, or avoid this place entirely.

  Nice clean room very comfortable bed love the pillows. The TV is great. It’s quiet and peaceful in the hotel is basically fairly clean to be an older hotel. We had a huge basketball tournament going on with a lot of students from another city and it was still nice and quiet, peaceful activities. The breakfast was actually good.

  The phone in the room didn't work. Wi-Fi is horrible. The rooms or ok. The refrigerator in the room doesn't work either. Paid $145+ refundable room insurance deposit. Definitely not worth $145 more like a $75 a night hotel. I definitely won't be coming back here.

  I was not happy with my stay at this Holiday Inn Express & Suites. As far as the price is concerned, It was supposed to be $149, but there is also a $30 temporary fee for incidental fee. There wasn't anything fancy about the room, it was a double bed queen, and my bed had a huge swank in the middle which made my back hurt even more than it already does, it was drafty, and the hot water worked in the bathroom sink, but not AT ALL in the shower........so considering this is one of the coldest days of 2025, I couldn't take a cold shower. I will say the kids enjoyed the free breakfast....
